How Brain Works - Anticipation to Loop of Negative Scenario
Do you know that our mind has a means to think of negative scenarios and think of us in danger and protect us from it? And this power of anticipating negative things can be helpful in times when we don't think of letting our guard down? But some of the times this type of the approach goes wrong.
Like think about it, we are not in jungle anymore. We have to forcefully make friends and like other people in order to be friendly. And this also means that we can't think of danger all the time.

So let's think of how the brain works on anticipation and negative scenarios?
We Anticipate for Survival
Nature has designed us in a way that we anticipate some of the problems or danger around. And it protect us in the problems we did not even imagine. And the thing about the anticipation is that we do it for the survival.
But not everything around us is about the survival. And we have to think of the issues around us in a way that could probably build us with some assurance. If we don't do that then the anticipation turns into anxiety and depression.
We think of Negative Scenarios for things We can't Control
There are always things that we can't control and those sort of the things that our mind thinks of in advance. And that leads to the negative scenario thinking. When that happens you may notice that brain ends up worrying more about things that could affect us.
Another thing that is in my observation is that when we learn we cant control we tend to worry and get depressed. We have to find the people who can control the situation and let them take over. That's what the people who are strong often do it.
We control our Mind only When we let it Learn
Mind goes out of control and keeps on thinking. But what we can do about it? We let it explore and fall. It needs to learn to stop on it's own and know the boundaries of the thinking. And that is the only way the brain can learn not to think negatively and instead amplify positive scenarios.
So when we do that we tend to think of things from the positive set of the scenarios. And that is one of the way things can be done lot more effectively. It helps when we let the mind fix things on it's own.
Conclusion
More I try to learn about human mind and the methods of thinking. I kind of learn new things. I shared what I came to learn recently. I wonder how many of you learned the same.
