busy Monday afternoon [poprzeczka #29]
In fact, the whole day was busy. An early rise at 5:30 am, three doggy walks, one longish run, a lot of hours spent behind the computer...
Somehow I managed to achieve what I wasn't been able yesterday. I crossed the bat at 29 K in the #poprzeczka challenge.
Today the @actifit report comes before the @strava2hive report. It doesn't matter. All it matters is that the run was great. Mostly flat and on asphalt, with 15 minutes of a pace run and one minute of a walking break. In fact, the running pace was around the marathon day pace. Which is great. Even with the distance being just 17 kilometres.
I was happy when I returned home. Puma was excited too. And Tomi? He didn't care. It's all the same to him, be it over on under #poprzeczka.
He didn't care about the morning walk either. It was fabulous. The forest was washed after a brief rain. So fresh and inviting. I love it.
For the next two days, I am safe. What will happen next? I probably won't pursue the bar at 32 K. There is a good excuse not to do it.
