Random Photos, Random Stories
It's time for another series of random photos, with no connection between them.
Brick walls are always fascinating for me, especially if the texture is something special, or the architecture is a bit different than just a normal wall. This medieval fortress wall was built to serve and protect the citizens in case of an attack and those arcades you see have some holes that served for shooting weapons.
The funny story is that after finding a good angle, I wanted to take the photos, but the people walking on the first photo decided to take some photos too and one of them positioned herself in front of the wall. I thought, ok, take the photo, I can wait. It's just that she wasn't satisfied with one photo, she made the guy take several, while she was changing positions. I was already raising my eyebrow but what can you do. Finally she finished her posing session and I thought this is my time now, I can take the shots I want. Oh boy, was I wrong? I was big time as the other two did the exact same and wasted 10 minutes of my time. This is why I don't like to go to museums in the afternoon and prefer to go in the morning.
More bricks and a monochrome photo as I think this looks better if we only have two colors.
Another one on the opposite side. The rope is not distraction, it's the rope of a gate that is near.
Some tiny flowers from one month ago. These flowers are long gone.
Lilac has a special place in my heart. My mm loved lilac and I do too. The scent of the flower can't be compared to anything. I took these photos a month ago, when the lilac was flowering.
I remember I was looking for some flowers to photograph and could hardly find any. Those trees that had low branches were already vandalized and people like to take these flowers home. Then on my way to the cemetery, I came across some lilac bushes and took some photos, while admiring the wonderful scent of the flower.
It would be nice to preserve the fragrance in the bottle, but for that, i would need to buy a lilac perfume and I have no idea if there are any. Most likely there are some.
The last one for today is a group of statues, four ladies, three of them in fold costumes, the other may be naked, but I'm not sure as it's not clearly visible. That lady seems to be injured and her shoulder shows some sign of violence. Most likely it's due to time or she was mishandled during transportation.

That’s the Great Wall and the flowers are beautiful, but it seems if people don’t want you to take pictures you won’t might sight the place, and it shows great love you for people around thou they might take your time and distract you but been focus is the key to beautiful things.

Those are some fantastic shots of that old wall, looks to be an old defensive structure. The lilac looks beautiful, it's one of my favorites too. Great job!

Thanks, it seems that it will be a warm weekend and we are waiting for the technician to install a new air conditioner. One went crazy a few months ago, but the thing is that they are connected so we can't use them in any room now 🌞
Oh no! I hope your injury is not too serious. Get well soon as suffering is not fun. Having your air conditioning broken is not fun either, so I hope the guy can fix it.
