Hace un par de meses que no nos vemos por aquí esto es porque no me había dado la oportunidad de disfrutar de una película bonita, entre mi jornada diaria apretada.

Me permití ver una película, hice scroll entre las que me mostraba el algoritmo, y finalmente al ver a Renée Zellweger como protagonista no dudé en verla, además luce tan joven, tan bella, tan poderosa que sabía de anticipo la iba a disfrutar mucho, aún no he visto una película donde Renée participara que no me gustara. Intuí que al verla muy joven se trataba de una película de menos de 30 años de estrenada pues la calidad de la imagen y un cálculo a cómo luce hoy la actriz, me tomé la tarea de investigar algunos aspectos técnicos de la película y confirmé que su estreno fue en el año 2009, esta bien para mí que me gustan películas algo antiguas.

Aunque se trata de un film de comedia en la que centra la historia de una ejecutiva exitosa, todo gira en torno al amor y valores que realmente llenan el corazón, era lo que necesitaba en estos momentos, una película que me hiciera sonreír y evocara emociones positivas.

Es una historia muy bonita donde podrás apreciar que si nos abrimos un poco más a las personas y confiamos en su buena voluntad podremos ser más felices, en otros aspectos, aprenderemos que el trabajo en equipo es vital para conducir una empresa o un producto al éxito, cuidando con detalle el ambiente organizacional y de esto, hablaremos más adelante.

It's been a couple of months since we've seen each other around here, and that's because I hadn't had the opportunity to enjoy a good film amid my busy daily schedule.
I allowed myself to watch a film, scrolled through the ones the algorithm showed me, and finally, when I saw Renée Zellweger as the lead actress, I didn't hesitate to watch it. She looks so young, so beautiful, so powerful that I knew in advance I was going to enjoy it a lot. I haven't seen a film starring Renée that I didn't like. I guessed that seeing her looking so young meant it was a film released less than 30 years ago, given the image quality and an estimate of how the actress looks today. I took it upon myself to investigate some technical aspects of the film and confirmed that it was released in 2009, which is fine for me as I like slightly older films.
Although it is a comedy film that focuses on the story of a successful executive, everything revolves around love and values that truly fill the heart. It was what I needed at the moment, a film that made me smile and evoked positive emotions.
It is a very beautiful story where you will appreciate that if we open ourselves up a little more to people and trust in their good will, we can be happier. In other aspects, we will learn that teamwork is vital to leading a company or product to success, paying close attention to the organisational environment, which we will discuss later.

Lucy Hill (Renée Zellweger) es una ejecutiva exitosa, que por llegar tarde a una de las reuniones del gabinete ejecutivo, se ofrece para liderar una empresa que no va bien en un lugar muy apartado de la ciudad calurosa donde el mar y el calor del sol es su diario vivir, cuando escucha que su traslado es a Minnesota ya no pudo dar marcha atrás, ella acepta el reto sin pensar todas los obstáculos que tenía que superar.

Como graduada en carreras ligaras a la administración, aprecié mucho el lado organizacional y el comportamiento del equipo de trabajo, llegando a la conclusión que un buen clima organizacional, un líder comprometido que escucha las necesidades de sus subordinados y procura mantener un ambiente agradable, trabajan mejor, el éxito está garantizado y la producción genera solo ganancias.

Aprenderemos cómo la automatización puede perjudicar la producción y el clima organizacional si los empleados son despedidos, Lucy no la tuvo fácil, pero hizo lo que un buen líder tiene que hacer: Trabajo de campo, esto le permitió conocer de cerca el personal y conducirlos a un éxito inminente luego de que al llegar la empresa era un desastre.

As a graduate in management-related subjects, I really appreciated the organisational side and the behaviour of the work team, coming to the conclusion that a good organisational climate, a committed leader who listens to the needs of their subordinates and tries to maintain a pleasant atmosphere, works better, success is guaranteed and production generates only profits.
We will learn how automation can harm production and the organisational climate if employees are laid off. Lucy did not have it easy, but she did what a good leader has to do: field work. This allowed her to get to know the staff closely and lead them to imminent success after arriving at the company, which was a disaster.
I have always said: "A happy employee works better. If they are happy and comfortable in their job, they will produce more, perform better and work harder."

La actuación de cada actor fue impresionante, cada uno metido en su personaje, se siente real el cambio de "gente de ciudad a gente de ambientes más campestres" las personas son mas cálidas, mas sociables, más cercanas unos a otros y se conocen todos, Lucy no estaba acostumbrada a estas cosas y mucho menos al recibir afecto de múltiples formas.

Lucy no imaginaba que su vida estaba a punto de dar un giro y que en una ciudad tan fría se encontraría a sí misma y que además haría grandes amistades, aun cuando al principio la adversaron y le hicieron todo difícil. allí su profesionalismo y encanto, hizo que pudieran confiar en ella ganándose el corazón de los trabajadores de la empresa y quienes vivían en el pueblo.

Pienso que Renée Zellweger brilló en esta película sin lugar a dudas y mostró su calidad como actriz así como su mejor tiempo en donde se mantuvo en forma y bella. Sigue siendo bella aun en su madurez de edad.

The performance of each actor was impressive, each one immersed in their character. The change from "city people to people from more rural environments" feels real. People are warmer, more sociable, closer to each other, and they all know each other. Lucy was not used to these things, much less receiving affection in multiple ways.
Lucy did not imagine that her life was about to take a turn and that in such a cold city she would find herself and also make great friends, even though at first they opposed her and made everything difficult for her. There, her professionalism and charm made them trust her, winning the hearts of the company's workers and those who lived in the village.
I think Renée Zellweger undoubtedly shone in this film and showed her quality as an actress, as well as her best time when she was fit and beautiful. She is still beautiful even in her mature years.

En sus inicios en Minnesota conoce a Ted Mitchell (Harry Connick) con quien tuvo muchos problemas y roces, tiempo después y luego de muchas vivencias accidentales juntos logran establecer una mejor relación, terminando en un romance.

Esta película tiene momentos en los que no solo te sacará algunas sonrisas sino también risas, me reí mucho de algunas escenas, fueron divertidas, tanto que hasta parecían bloopers porque quedaron perfectas. Entre otras cosas ya avanzada más de la mitad del film aflora el lado del romance que es muy reflexivo y arranca suspiros.

Lucy al alcanzar el éxito en la productividad de la empresa debe marchar... pero ahora su corazón quedó enganchado en aquel frio lugar. ¿Qué hacer, qué decidir, regresar a un pueblo por amor o seguir teniendo éxito como vicepresidenta ejecutiva de una empresa?

Aquí podemos ver cómo ser efectivo en la toma de decisiones. No creerás lo bien pensado en lo que termina todo.

Lucy, having achieved success in the company's productivity, must leave... but now her heart is stuck in that cold place. What to do, what to decide, return to a village for love or continue to be successful as executive vice president of a company?
Here we can see how to be effective in decision-making. You won't believe how well thought out the ending is.

Esta película está grabada en espacios abiertos, tiene una excelente fotografía, la musicalización también es buena que llega a compenetrarse tanto con la película que combina perfectamente siendo parte de ella. El guión es fresco y adictivo, puede hacernos creer que son hechos de la vida real y no ha dejado preguntas o espacios vacíos ni siquiera en el final.

New In Town es una película que recomiendo pues seguro te gustará si te gusta la comedia y el romance de una manera nada empalagosa pero hermosa.
