Quería hacer algo diferente que no fuera de navidad. Estuve haciendo limpieza y organizando mis herramientas y materiales, desechando lo que no puedo reciclar para otras cosas, entre ellas encontré una tela de unas mangas de una camisa que remodelé y me pareció buena idea hacer un bolsito con ella combinándola con una tela estampada de números que compré que me gustó mucho. Al principio era solo un bolsito, luego me pareció estupendo si lo convertía en un llavero, ya que a veces salgo sin cartera y solo con las llaves y tengo otro mini bolsito llavero donde meto la tarjeta de débito... Tener otro bolsito para combinar, no está mal. Aquí te presento la idea.

Greetings, community!
I wanted to do something different that wasn't Christmas-related. I was cleaning and organising my tools and materials, throwing away what I couldn't recycle for other things, and among them I found some fabric from the sleeves of a shirt that I remodelled. I thought it would be a good idea to make a little bag with it, combining it with some fabric I bought with numbers printed on it that I really liked. At first it was just a little bag, but then I thought it would be great to turn it into a key ring, since I sometimes go out without my purse and just with my keys, and I have another mini key ring bag where I put my debit card... Having another little bag to match isn't a bad idea. Here's the idea.

Paso a paso / Step by Step

No tengo medidas, eso dependerá del tamaño que desees el bolsito, yo aproveché pedazos de tela reciclada.
Recorta las piezas, necesitas dos laterales para la tela de jean y dos para la tela estampada. También recorta dos tiras largas para las asas del bolsito. Recorta además un trozo de cierre mágico.
Realiza un dobladillo con las tiras para coser las asas y cose con costura doble. Necesitas dos piezas.
Cose un ruedo en la parte superior de la tela de jean, esto es para cada pieza.

I don't have measurements, as it will depend on the size you want the bag to be. I used pieces of recycled fabric.
Cut out the pieces. You will need two sides for the denim fabric and two for the patterned fabric. Also cut out two long strips for the bag handles. Also cut out a piece of Velcro.
Hem the strips to sew the handles and sew with a double seam. You will need two pieces.
Sew a hem at the top of the denim fabric for each piece.

Con ayuda de unas pinzas o alfileres, coloca las asas en la tela de jean para saber dónde las coserás. Marcas y coses doble recta en cada una de ellas y en cada pieza.
Une los dos derechos: tela estampada con la tela de jean y cose una recta, luego voltea la tela y cose una recta, repite este paso con la otra pieza.
Cierra con una recta ambas piezas de cada lado colocándolas derecho con derecho.

Using tweezers or pins, place the handles on the denim fabric to mark where you will sew them. Mark and sew a double straight stitch on each one and on each piece.
Join the two right sides: patterned fabric with denim fabric and sew a straight stitch, then turn the fabric over and sew a straight stitch. Repeat this step with the other piece.
Close both pieces on each side with a straight stitch, placing them right sides together.

Luego cierra la base del bolso con una recta. Dobla las esquinas y cose en forma de triángulo. Corta los excedentes de tela y remata con zigzag todo el bolso. Luego volteas la pieza.

Then close the base of the bag with a straight stitch. Fold the corners and sew in a triangle shape. Cut off any excess fabric and finish off the entire bag with a zigzag stitch. Then turn the piece inside out.

Recorta un trozo de cartón del tamaño de la base del bolso y recorta un trozo de tela que alcance para forrarlo.
Forra el trozo de cartón.
Introduce el cartón ya forrado dentro del bolsito para que sea la base.
Aplica silicón caliente en uno de los lados del cierre mágico y pégalo en la parte superior de la bolsa, repite el miso procedimiento del otro lado.

Cut a piece of cardboard the size of the base of the bag and cut a piece of fabric large enough to cover it.
Cover the piece of cardboard.
Insert the lined cardboard into the bag to form the base.
Apply hot silicone to one side of the magic fastener and stick it to the top of the bag. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.

Ahora solo resta colocar el aro en las asas y convertirlo en un lindo llaverlo.
Espero te guste. Me divertí haciéndolo, recuerdo cuando era niña le hacía bolsitos a mis muñecas ¡Qué tiempos aquellos!

Now all that's left is to attach the ring to the handles and turn it into a cute keyring.

I love the idea of recycling those fabrics we have at home and seeing which ones go best together to create wonderful things like this. I had seen key rings with little purses or wallets that are just for carrying coins, but this idea would never have crossed my mind, the bag looks super cute as if it were a doll's purse.
Also the fabrics you used are perfect, for a practical and sporty bag. It has a lot of steps, but with the detailed way you've explained it, anyone could make their own. The idea is original and you've done a very high quality job. Thank you very much and a big hug!🤗
