Exhaustion is part of us, and we can be exhausted both physically and mentally, we are not machines and yet the machines break down or deteriorate over time caused by the use, so are we, our body accumulates energy and this is exhausted as we perform different activities.

This from a physical point of view, but this physical exhaustion can lead us to an emotional conflict, and when this happens we can present changes in our personality, for example, our mind is like a container where all kinds of emotions accumulate, and there are times when our mind is oversaturated generating a type of emotional fatigue, and consequently leads us down the path of stress, depression or anxiety.

The environment where we perform plays a huge role in keeping our emotions high, and especially those that give us happiness, I have noticed that some specific places absorb more my energy and experience both physical and mental fatigue, and when this happens to me the best thing I can do is find a place that balances my mood, every moment of difficulty has a counterpart of happiness, when I have low tolerance to stress I start to activate the alarms and I take refuge in pleasant places for me.

I like to take care of the balance of my emotions since my behavior with everyone around me depends on it, when I try to force my emotional fatigue I lack motivation in everything I do, mecdespersonalizo is the best word I can use to describe what I feel when I am not sure with my emotions, that's why the best way I have found is to counteract all the negative with places and people.

Being close to people who are important to me and me to them helps me to improve my physical and mental exhaustion because I can rest and my mind is able to think better and look for my longed emotional balance.
