There are times when we do not even tolerate ourselves

There are moments of moments in our life, those of extreme happiness and those opposite to make us feel good, everyone will think it is normal and it is, what happens is that we will have moments where we do not tolerate ourselves, then what to do, who to turn to try to feel better, the answers are individual and everyone will know how to de-stress.

My goal will always be to avoid emotional collapse, we all have those special moments or people that will make us feel better, that is why I go to them without thinking and convinced of not wanting more storms in my life, we can interrupt every storm that tries to form in our mind and for that we must be sure that we can do it, calm is necessary to arrive or else we seek it at all costs.

When I look at myself in the mirror I say to myself, I cannot be the generator of my own storms.

Nor can I allow someone to provoke them and then leave as if nothing happened, our mental strength is vital to use it as our greatest shield and repel possible storms within us, over the years we have faced many situations that at a certain point we have reached a point where we do not want them to be repeated.

There is no doubt that we learn with everything that happens to us whatever it is, we enjoy those challenges and we come out stronger than ever, and despite that not all the time we want to live with those challenges or circumstances above us, when we do not tolerate ourselves or ourselves first seek peace within us I do so to harmonize with everyone around me, I do not like to live in conflict with anyone that is why I value peace in all possible directions.
