My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2021

My day was really busy and active for today. It was a long office today and had a lot of work because after couple of days there will be vacation of 1 week. I have got up little bit early today and did some activities online after having exercise in the early morning.

Then I went to office and as I explained it is long office and it was about 7:00 p.m. when I get back from office. In the meantime I came to home for having my meal. Afternoon was shopping time for me and they are I went to market for some nursery needs. After that I was tired and went to bed early on. That simple routine of my day.

In the photographs you can see my breakfast and my lab work under microscope. I was observing some fibre under microscope and captured one of those so that I can share it with you. It was 10x view of textile fibre like cotton
