Una de las cosas que me gustan es la repostería. Por repetición o mimetismo, aprendí de una de las mejores, mi mamá.

En esta ocasión les mostraré una torta que decoré y que sus colores me encantaron, por lo sutil, delicado y especial de la misma. Era con los colores de sky, una de las cachorritas de de Paw Patrol.

Luego de que la torta estaba lista, dejé enfriar y la monté en la base de vidrio.

Con el primer merengue hecho, lo dividí en dos tazas para obtener dos tonos de rosado y darle doble tonalidad a la misma torta. Cada tono se puso en sus mangas reposteras correspondientes.

With the first meringue done, I divided it into two cups to obtain two shades of pink and give the same cake a double hue. Each shade was put on its corresponding piping sleeves.

Luego, en la parte inferior de los lados, se aplicó el tono mas fuerte, con la manga fija se iba girando la base, y se dieron dos giros completos. De igual manera, en la parte superior, horizontal, agregué el tono rosa claro, alisando con cuidado con una espátula, manteniendola firme y girando la torta, obtuve una textura con ondas. Este tono fue el mismo que se aplicó en la parte superior de los lados.

Then, in the lower part of the sides, the strongest tone was applied, with the fixed sleeve the base was turned, and two complete turns were made. Similarly, on top, horizontally, I added the light pink shade, carefully smoothing with a spatula, keeping it firm and turning the cake, I got a texture with waves. This shade was the same one that was applied on top of the sides.

Después, con una lámina de acetato alisé el merengue, de los lados, poniéndola firme y dándole vueltas a la bailarina, hasta lograr que quedara lisa.

Then, with a sheet of acetate, I smoothed the meringue, from the sides, making it firm and turning the dancer, until it was smooth.

Seguidamente, monté la torta que iba arriba, con esta se usó el tono rosa claro en la parte superior.

Next, I mounted the cake that was on top, with it the light pink tone was used on top.

Y a los lados, la decoración fue con rosetones, sé que aún me falta mejorar los rosetones, pero se logró alternar los colores y que destacaran por si solos. El resultado fue:
