[MOVIE] Mad Neighbors: When Fighting Turns Into War
Mad Neighbors is about a man and a woman who are always fighting. They don't settle with each other at all. When they later move to the city, they somehow end up living in the same house as neighbors. From that moment, their fighting becomes something else. Any small thing can turn into a fight or quarrel between them. Both of them are very dramatic, and honestly, this movie is very funny.
There was even a part where both neighbors slept at the same time and somehow dreamed about each other becoming husband and wife. As soon as they woke up, they both started rejecting the idea. The lady said she could never marry him, and the man also said he would never marry her. They even went to each other's presence and started fighting about the dream. The lady warned him that if she saw him in her dream again, she would cut his leg. The man was even surprised at what she was saying, but instead of stopping, they continued fighting. 😂
Their fighting later became very serious. They started blackmailing each other and doing things that could really affect one another. These two people hated each other so much that I could not even imagine it. One day, the man brought a lady to his house. This was actually the woman he was planning to marry. While they were together at night, the female neighbor started shouting outside and praying loudly just to disturb them. She also started saying bad things about the man, warning the lady not to follow him and even claiming that he had HIV. She said so many things that the lady became worried and asked the man if he really had HIV. He said no, but because of everything the neighbor was shouting outside, the lady did not believe him. She packed all her things and left the house.
The man became very angry and decided that he would never let what she did to him go. He wanted to do something that would make her regret it deeply. The craziest thing he did was when the lady went to the market to buy something. He quickly gathered many people in the compound and told them to wear black clothes. He then directed them to go to the lady's house and start crying. He lied to them that her mother had died.
When the lady returned and saw many people crying in front of her house, she was shocked and started shaking. She thought something terrible had happened because of the black clothes and the way everyone was crying. The man told her that her mother was dead and even told the people to continue crying louder. The lady started crying too, but she quickly called her mother to confirm if she was really dead. As soon as her mother answered the phone and she heard her voice, her mind became calm again.
Even after everything that happened, these two neighbors continued fighting until the landlord finally called them for a meeting. He told them that he could no longer tolerate their constant fighting and disturbance. He warned them that if they continued, he would send both of them out of the house. Neither of them wanted to leave because their offices were close to the house and they both loved the place because it was convenient for work. So they pretended that everything was fine and promised that they would not fight again. At that point, I even thought they had finally settled their problem and would stop fighting.
But immediately the landlord left the compound, it did not even take long before they started fighting again. 😂 The lady reminded him of all the wicked things he had done to her, especially making her believe that her mother was dead. She told him that this was only the beginning. The man also said he was ready for whatever she wanted to bring and that he would return everything back to her. It became “war to war” between them. They both said this was the beginning of the war and promised to teach each other a lesson they would never forget. The man also told her that he was ready for her anytime.
This movie is just full of love, fighting and comedy. While watching it, I was laughing because almost every part was funny, even when they were seriously fighting. Both of them are so dramatic that you cannot easily predict what they will do next. I really enjoyed this movie, and this is only Part One of Mad Neighbors. I will soon drop Part Two as soon as I finish watching it.
