IS HISTORY ABOUT TO REPEAT IT SELF IN THE NIGERIAN POLITICAL SCENE?

In that respect I'm coming up with the latest trends right now as it has to Do with The Nigerian political scene as it concern the 2023 general election and looking back at our history chronicles of 1993 Elections
I won't centre this on the politics per se but looking at the similar occurrence of history in our modern day Nigeria, the after math of event,the consequences and how it has helped shaped and built our political sphere over the years...
Exactly 29years ago, during the 1993 general elections the first since the 1983 military coup ended Nigeria's second republic, and so the election served as a transitional process to a civilian and democratic rule, but then something out of the norm happened
Due to election irregularities the then NATIONAl ELECTORAL COMMISSION (NEC) refused to announce the result
The two opposition were M.K.O ABIOLA of the SOCIAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY (SDP) and BASIR TOFA OF THE NATIONAL REPUBLIC CONVENTION
15 States won by M.K.O ABIOLA in Green against 11 states won by BASHIR TOFA there after NEC cancel the result of the election this sparked unrest in the country as at the time cause many were in favour of ABIOLA, and shows the solidarity support for him, many thought it to be as the result of the biased nature of the electoral body this led to a return back to Military rule by a bloodless coup led by Sani Abacha as the military head.
Back to Modern-Day Nigeria
Few months to our General election come 2023 already the the campaign has started and this has been going on....but as at March to June this year when one of the presidential aspirant Peter Obi decamp from the people's democratic party to join the Labour party his popularity has sparked like a wild fire 🔥 in a dry bush spanning across the country , every social media handle talking about him, why? Cause in the history of this country we have never seen a true politician that boldly comes out to speak about what actually goes on inside the Government administration, as the former Governor of one of the eastern state he kept a lot of clean record an when ever he is speaking and mentioning his deeds he'd like to say "Go An VERIFY" and true to word if you check this fact it's so true unlike the normal politicians that would come to make vain talks with no proofs of deeds
And so NIGERIANS especially the youth populace came out in mass cut across all social media platform to spread his name image and deeds
but here's my favorite part, there are two other prominent Aspirant from the two most popular parties THE PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) AND THE ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS (APC) in the person's of ATIKU ABUBAKAR AND BOLA AHMED TINUBU respectively, this guys are influential, rich and Famous but at this point more than 80% Of Nigerians which are the youth populace have identify and pitch their tent with Peter OBI who is also younger than the two elderly state men
And I'm looking at a chaotic Country after the election cause the two other aspirant as vowed to become president by all means and this is against the wish of the majority.
And that's why a lot of NGO's voluntary services by groups and individuals to alert the people of the right to get their PERMANENT VOTERS CARD (PVC) and vote cause this time their by vote must Count
