  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Seasoning : curry, thyme.
  10. Onions
  11. Green pea

SPRING ROLL SAUCE PREPARATION
First of all the cabbage needs to be sliced so tiny, like it looks like a rope, when this is done, you had to grater the carrot once done, you had to sliced the green pepper placed aside,

Wash your meat probably and minced it, then removed and make sure all your spices are available.

Then heat your pan pouring a drop of oil allow to heat small then put your dized onion, few minutes put in your minced meat spice this up while turning ( seasoning cube dry pepper, seasoning powder, pinch of salt, curry thyme), allow to cook for a while, then add your sliced cabbage and carrots stire very well taste if anything is lacking you just keep adding a little bit to taste. HOW TO MAKE THE BARTER FOR WRAPPING

Recipes for barter

When done you use a non-sticky frying pan using a very low heat on your burner, use a servitte or tissue drop in a vegetable oil rub in the pan, check with your palm when the temperature is just normal not too hot then using a small baking hand brush to dip the paste substance into the preheated pan making a circle as you roll it in the pan make sure to fast to cover the space within the circle you made and dress and in few seconds it becomes a barter just turn to the other side then take it off... Repeat this process till you're done

N/B There are very many methods of preparing the barters

THE WRAPPING PROCESS
The spring roll place your barter flat on your work table take a portion of your spring roll sauce place on the barter and roll evenly till you done like this👇

For the samosa wrapping I will cut the already made barter into two make a triangle cup fill in the sauce and use one end of the barter to join with the other in that triangular pattern till completed

I remember those times we'd be all over the place hustling for samosa at the vendor stand, haha. Could never get enough of them.

This is a finely done post.
