Celebración de la promo [Esp/Eng]

Hola, hola, ¿qué tal, qué tal, amigos, cómo están? Por aquí todo muy bien, gracias a Dios, espero que por allá también, aunque bueno, por aquí no tanto, porque la verdad es que hoy he pasado todo el día con ante cabeza, no sé por qué, porque me he tomado pastillas y aún no se me calma. No sé si es la pensadera; voy a creer que es eso, pero la verdad es que me ha dolido muchísimo la cabeza y ahorita me alegré con algo que les voy a mostrar.

Hello, hello, how’s it going, how’s it going, mates, how are you all? Everything’s going really well here, thank God. I hope it’s the same over there too, although, well, not quite so much here, because the truth is I’ve spent the whole day with a splitting headache – I don’t know why, because I’ve taken some tablets and it still hasn’t eased up. I don’t know if it’s the stress; I’m going to put it down to that, but the truth is my head has been aching terribly and just now I’ve cheered myself up with something I’m going to show you.

Saben que yo hace un mes, específicamente mañana está cumpliendo un mes, porque me gradué el 5 de junio y compartí por aquí con ustedes. Todo lo que fue mi acto de grado, pero no compartí el momento más emocionante y no porque recibir el título no lo sea sino porque para mí tiene más, peso, todas las celebración que yo tenga con mi familia y al compartir con mi familia y eso era lo que por aquí como tal, no les había compartido y ustedes dirían, no celebraste ese momento y pues sí sí lo hice aparte de comer, nosotros nos reunimos la verdad nada planificado, porque yo no había planificado, nada, y nos reunimos a tomarnos algo y de allí salió cantar cosa que me encantó.

You know, it’s been a month since I graduated – actually, tomorrow marks exactly a month, because I graduated on 5 June and shared the news with you all here. I shared everything about my graduation ceremony, but I didn’t share the most exciting moment – not because receiving my degree isn’t exciting, but because for me, the celebrations I have with my family mean so much more, and spending time with them. That was what I hadn’t actually shared with you here, and you might say, ‘Didn’t you celebrate that moment?’ Well, yes, I did – apart from having a meal, we got together – honestly, it was completely unplanned, because I hadn’t planned a thing – and we met up for a drink, and from there we ended up singing, which I absolutely loved.

Nos reunimos todos en los recuerdos de ella, este es una licoraría específicamente ubicada en el salado del estado Nueva Esparta la verdad es que llegamos allí por mera, casualidad de que justamente, cuando nosotros salimos estaba vacío y queríamos algo como tal que fuera para solo para nosotros y estaba tan vacío que decimos quedarnos allí y el ambiente lo pusimos, nosotros luego comenzó a llegar la gente, pero había hasta ir acondicionado mis sobrinos aprovecharon, hasta de comer y hasta, de bailar, porque todos cantamos y bailamos fue un ambiente bastante agradable que a mí me gustó muchísimo y hoy como un bonito TBT quizá venir a compartirlos con ustedes ya que mañana es mi primer mes como graduada.

We all gathered at ‘Los Recuerdos de Ella’, a bar located in El Salado in the state of Nueva Esparta. To be honest, we ended up there purely by chance – as it happened, when we arrived it was empty, and we wanted somewhere like that just for ourselves. It was so quiet that we decided to stay there and create the atmosphere ourselves. People then started to arrive, but the place was already set up – my nephews made the most of it, even eating and dancing, because we all sang and danced. It was a really lovely atmosphere that I enjoyed immensely, and today, as a nice throwback Thursday, I thought I’d share these memories with you, as tomorrow marks my first month as a graduate.
