Que deliciosa imagen nos cautiva esta semana, llena de variedad de sabores entre gustos y colores, quedándome como al anillo al dedo.
¿A qué se debe?

Les comento familia, soy amante al dulce y al café conocido coloquialmente como antojos dulceros pero como está la situación país, no todo el tiempo tenemos dinero disponible para ello, así que decidí emprender y mantener en mi nevera algo provocativo que consumir mientras narro o elaboro mis comidas para el siguiente día, lo cierto es que calculaba una duración de quince días exactos para renovar cada quincena.

Inicie con la elaboración de helados cremosos tanto de café, fresa y coco, cada vez que lo hacía siempre hacia demás por las visitas de los reyes de la casa en ciertas ocasiones y así consentirlos.

Por otro lado, cuando me visitan conocidos y traen consigo niños, el gesto que he tenido es darle un helado para su distracción mientras que sus padres terminan su actividad, siendo de agrado para muchos y con voz emocionada dicen ¿dónde lo compraste?, sintiéndome complacida por su sonrisa y gesto que llenan de alegría a cualquier corazón.

Varias amistades me dieron la idea de emprender en este pequeño negocio, el cual inicié con helados cremosos en vasitos y al pasar las semanas decidí cambiar la presentación en paletas siendo helados tradicionales con buena presencia, que nos brinda placer al consumirlos en cualquier ocasión, siendo la alegría no solo de los reyes de la casa, sino de los adultos que nunca perdemos esa esencia.

Claro está, que cada vez que inicias un negocio es imprescindible buscar economía para literalmente ver el queso a la tostada como dicen en mi tierra, pero parto de anexar ingredientes de calidad como si fueran solo para mí.

Toque varias puertas de distribuidores y según la cantidad solicitada mis costos bajaban y así inicio mi historia con mis humildes helados de casa.

Es un negocio innovador, mucha gente valora mi producto y por ende siempre rota e invento según mis gustos.

De los sitios turísticos que he tenido la oportunidad de visitar, siempre me ha encantado saborear un helado, para experimentar e indagar, soy partidiaria que su elaboración va de acuerdo a la región donde nos ubiquemos y lleva consigo un secreto familiar.

¿Muchos dirán como es eso? cierto

Bueno familia normalmente yo uso ingredientes acordes a mis gustos, como leche en polvo, galletas, chocolate, esencias, azúcar, crema de leche, frutas e infinitas delicias para disfrutar en su esplendor, de los cuales serán la presencia a donde vayamos, el reto está en no ser puro hielo y estar atento a producto final que venderemos, que será el fruto si llega o no visitantes.

A mi criterio me encantan los cremosos y los cítricos, acorde al clima.
Si hay mucho calor el cítrico está acorde y si es solo para saborear tipo break el cremoso y más delicioso jajaja.

A medida que vamos explorando sabores nos vamos formando de las delicias de la vida tanto en soledad como en agradable compañía.

I am a sweet and coffee lover colloquially known as sweet cravings but as the country situation is, not all the time we have money available for it, so I decided to undertake and keep in my fridge something provocative to consume while I narrate or elaborate my meals for the next day, the truth is that I calculated a duration of fifteen days exactly to renew every fortnight.

I started with the elaboration of creamy ice creams of coffee, strawberry and coconut, every time I did it I always made more for the visits of the kings of the house on certain occasions and thus spoil them.

On the other hand, when acquaintances visit me and bring with them children, the gesture that I have had is to give them an ice cream for their distraction while their parents finish their activity, being of pleasure for many and with excited voice they say where did you buy it, feeling pleased by their smile and gesture that fill with joy to any heart.

Several friends gave me the idea of starting this small business, which I began with creamy ice creams in small cups and after a few weeks I decided to change the presentation to popsicles, being traditional ice creams with good presence, which gives us pleasure when consuming them on any occasion, being the joy not only of the kings of the house, but also of the adults who never lose that essence.

Of course, every time you start a business it is essential to look for economy to literally see the cheese on toast as they say in my land, but I start by adding quality ingredients as if they were just for me.

I knocked on several distributors' doors and depending on the quantity requested, my costs went down and that's how I started my story with my humble home-made ice creams.

It is an innovative business, many people value my product and therefore I always rotate and invent according to my tastes.

From the tourist sites that I have had the opportunity to visit, I have always loved to taste an ice cream, to experiment and investigate, I am a supporter that its elaboration goes according to the region where we are located and carries with it a family secret.

Many will say how is that? right?

Well family normally I use ingredients according to my tastes, such as powdered milk, biscuits, chocolate, essences, sugar, cream, fruits and infinite delights to enjoy in its splendor, which will be the presence where we go, the challenge is not to be pure ice and be attentive to the final product that we will sell, which will be the fruit if it arrives or not visitors.

In my opinion, I love creamy and citrus, according to the climate.
If it's very hot, the citrus is fine, and if it's just for a break, the creamy and more delicious hahaha.
