Hello colleagues and art enthusiasts. Wishing you a happy day. My name is Elvis Sanchez and today I am delighted to welcome you to my gallery where I display my collection of realistic drawings. I hope you enjoy my art.

Like all opportunities in drawing practice, every day I have a small space to create a portrait or illustration and today I allow myself to share with you a personalized drawing portrait of a woman in the shape of a cup carrying with her a candle where she explains that despite the difficult moments or times that one encounters on the path of life, there is always a light of hope. Drawing that has been made using a 2B graphite pencil.

As with any artistic skill, practice is essential to improve. It is important to know the technique, have inspiration and creativity, and above all have fun when drawing, take advantage of the available resources to continue improving. Although drawing realistic faces requires precision and technique, it is also important to let your imagination and creativity fly to create unique and original characters.

Don't be afraid or discouraged if your first attempts aren't perfect. With time and consistent practice, you will see significant improvements in your drawing skills and experimenting with different techniques and styles. This will help you discover new ways to express yourself and develop your own unique style.

For this small drawing that I am presenting to you, it was created with 2B graphite pencil and the shape of a cup began to be created but adding elements of a face with closed eyes, eyelashes, eyebrows, nose and lips and the lit candle.

Once this part was finished, we continued with the skin and texture of the cup. With a first layer of graphite creating a very soft texture and with a very light tension in the hand and pencil as if caressing the paper, and then with the help of a small soft bristle brush expanding the graphite and thus creating a smooth and even surface leaving the different tones for lights and shadows visible.

Then for the darker shadows and to give depth to the portrait we will use the same 2B pencil, but using a little more pressure on the paper, but remember. Keep in mind that you must have a firm but light hand to carefully mix and blend the drawing to obtain a uniform and realistic finish.

Finally we light the candle and with some touches to the details and with an eraser I draw out lights, in the same way some parts of his face to give a touch of realism to the drawing.

Como todas las oportunidades en la práctica de dibujo, cada día dispongo un pequeño espacio para crear algún retrato o ilustración y el día de hoy me permito compartir con ustedes un retrato en dibujo personalizado de una mujer en forma de taza llevando consigo una vela donde explica que a pesar de los momentos o tiempos difíciles que se encuentra en el camino de la vida, siempre hay una luz de esperanza. Dibujo que ha sido realizada utilizando un lápiz de grafito 2B.

Como en cualquier habilidad artística, la práctica es esencial para mejorar. Es importante conocer la técnica, tener inspiración y creatividad, y sobre todo divertirse a la hora de dibujar, aprovechar los recursos disponibles para seguir mejorando. Aunque el dibujo de rostros realistas requiere de precisión y técnica, también es importante dejar volar la imaginación y la creatividad para crear personajes únicos y originales.

No tengas miedo ni te desanimes si tus primeros intentos no son perfectos. Con el tiempo y la práctica constante, verás mejoras significativas en tus habilidades de dibujo y de experimentar con diferentes técnicas y estilos. Esto te ayudará a descubrir nuevas formas de expresarte y a desarrollar tu propio estilo único.

Para este pequeño dibujo que les estoy presentado fue creada con lápiz de grafito 2B y se comenzó a crear la forma de una taza pero agregando elementos de un rostro ojos cerrados, pestañas, cejas, nariz y labios y la vela encendida.

Ya terminada esta parte se continuo con la piel y textura de la taza. Con una primera capa de grafito creando una textura muy suave y con una tensión en la mano y lápiz muy ligera como acariciando el papel, para luego con la ayuda de un pequeño pincel de cerda suave expandir el grafito y así crear una superficie suave y pareja dejando a la vista los diferentes tonos para las luces y sombras.

Luego para las sombras más oscuras y darle profundidad al retrato usaremos el mismo lápiz 2B, pero haciendo un poco más de presión sobre el papel, pero recuerden. hay que tener en cuenta que se debe tener una mano firme pero liviana para mezclar y difuminar cuidadosamente el dibujo para obtener un acabado uniforme y realista.

Finalmente hacemos la vela encendida y con algunos retoques a los detalles y con un borrador he ir sacando luces, de igual manera algunas partes de su rostro para así dar un toque de realismo al dibujo.

This drawing took me two hours of work. Although I would have liked to have included more images of the process step by step, unfortunately, it was not possible for me as it was a practice drawing done from start to finish. Este dibujo me tomó dos horas de trabajo. A pesar de que me hubiera gustado haber incluido mas imágenes del proceso paso a paso, desafortunadamente, no me fue posible debido que fue un dibujo de practica hecho de principio a fin. Pero de igual manera están algunas imágenes del proceso. No obstante, espero que disfruten de este dibujo y les agradecería mucho si me dejaran sus comentarios.
