Today I allow myself to share with you a personalized drawing of the profile of a modern Indian man with a backpack, traveling in search of his destiny. Drawing that has been made using a 2B graphite pencil.

Drawing realistic faces and character illustrations with graphite pencil is a passion that requires skill, dedication and practice. As with any artistic skill, practice is essential to improve. It is important to know the technique, have inspiration and creativity, and above all have fun when drawing, take advantage of the available resources to continue improving. Although drawing realistic faces requires precision and technique, it is also important to let your imagination and creativity fly to create unique and original characters.
Don't be afraid or discouraged if your first attempts aren't perfect. With time and consistent practice, you will see significant improvements in your drawing skills and experimenting with different techniques and styles. This will help you discover new ways to express yourself and develop your own unique style.

As with all practices, I use materials such as a small white sheet of paper, a moldable eraser, a 2B graphite pencil and a soft bristle brush, beginning the creation of her face in profile looking into the distance, long hair, plaid shirt, part of her pants and his travel backpack.

With the 2B graphite pencil we create the texture of the skin, achieving a very soft layer of graphite as if caressing the paper and then with the help of a soft bristle brush expanding the graphite and thus creating a smooth and even surface, leaving the different tones for lights and shadows. Then for the dark shadows and to give more depth to the portrait I use the 2B pencil but using a little pressure. Keep in mind that you must have a firm but light hand to carefully mix and blend the drawing to obtain a uniform and realistic finish.

To finish we used the same 2B creating more details such as his clothes and backpack with a little pressure to darken the shadows even more then we took the moldable eraser to gently erase some areas to give highlights in the same way in some parts of his face.

El día de hoy me permito compartir con ustedes un dibujo personalizado del perfil de un hombre con mochila de raza india moderno, viajando en busca de su destino. Dibujo que ha sido realizada utilizando un lápiz de grafito 2B.

Dibujar rostros realistas e ilustraciones de personajes con lápiz de grafito es una pasión que requiere habilidad, dedicación y práctica. Como en cualquier habilidad artística, la práctica es esencial para mejorar. Es importante conocer la técnica, tener inspiración y creatividad, y sobre todo divertirse a la hora de dibujar, aprovechar los recursos disponibles para seguir mejorando. Aunque el dibujo de rostros realistas requiere de precisión y técnica, también es importante dejar volar la imaginación y la creatividad para crear personajes únicos y originales.
No tengas miedo ni te desanimes si tus primeros intentos no son perfectos. Con el tiempo y la práctica constante, verás mejoras significativas en tus habilidades de dibujo y de experimentar con diferentes técnicas y estilos. Esto te ayudará a descubrir nuevas formas de expresarte y a desarrollar tu propio estilo único.

Como toda practica uso materiales como una pequeña hoja de papel blanca, borrador moldeable, lápiz de grafito 2B y un pincel de cerda suave, comenzando la creación de su rostro de perfil mirando a lo lejos, cabello largo, camisa de cuadros, parte de su pantalón y su mochila de viaje.

Con el lápiz de grafito 2B creamos la textura de la piel logrando una capa de grafito muy suave como acariciando el papel para luego con la ayuda de un pincel de cerda suave expandir el grafito y así crear una superficie suave y pareja dejando a la vista los diferentes tonos para las luces y sombras. Luego para las sombras oscuras y darle más profundidad al retrato utilizo el lápiz 2B pero haciendo un poco de presión. Hay que tener en cuenta que se debe tener una mano firme pero liviana para mezclar y difuminar cuidadosamente el dibujo para obtener un acabado uniforme y realista.

Ya para terminar usamos el mismo 2B creando mas detalles como su ropa y mochila con un poco de presión para oscurecer aún más las sombras luego tomamos el borrador moldeable para borrar suavemente algunas zonas para darle luces de igual manera en algunas partes de su rostro.

This drawing took me 6 hours of work. Although I would have liked to have included more images of the step-by-step process, unfortunately, it was not possible since it was from start to finish. Este dibujo me tomó 6 horas de trabajo. A pesar de que me hubiera gustado haber incluido mas imágenes del proceso paso a paso, desafortunadamente, no me fue posible debido que fue de principio a fin.
