Today I allow myself to share with you a personalized drawing of one of the characters from the comic world and it is Gambit. A superhero and member of the X-Men who mentally controls and manipulates pure kinetic energy to his will. He is skilled at throwing cards and turning them into explosive projectiles. Drawing that has been made using a 2B graphite pencil.

As with all practices, I use materials such as a small sheet of paper, a moldable eraser, a 2B graphite pencil and a soft bristle brush and I begin the creation of his face starting with his face and intimidating and cold look, then nose, lips, hair and part of his suit as his mask,

Now with the 2B graphite pencil we create the texture of his face and mask, achieving a very soft layer of graphite as if caressing the paper and then with the help of a soft bristle brush expanding the graphite and thus creating a smooth and even surface leaving the sight the different tones for lights and shadows. Then for the dark shadows and to give more depth to the portrait I use the 2B using a little pressure.

To finish for the hair, we take the 2B pencil and create a first layer with very soft lines following the fall of the hair or according to its shape, and then blend with the brush. We return with a second layer, but with a little more pressure, applying to the darkest areas of the hair and then blending with the brush, then we take the moldable eraser to gently erase some areas to give it highlights in the same way in some parts of your hair. face.

El día de hoy me permito compartir con ustedes un dibujo personalizado de uno de los personajes del mundo del comic y se trata de Gambito. Un superheroe y miembro de los X-Men que controla y manipula mentalmente energía cinética pura a su antojo. Es experto en lanzar cartas y convertirlos en proyectiles explosivos. Dibujo que ha sido realizada utilizando un lápiz de grafito 2B.

Como toda practica uso materiales como una pequeña hoja de papel, borrador moldeable, lápiz de grafito 2B y un pincel de cerda suave y comienzo la creación de su rostro comenzando con su rostro y mirada intimidante y fría, Luego nariz, labios, cabello y parte de su traje como su máscara,

Ahora con el lápiz de grafito 2B creamos la textura de su rostro y mascara logrando una capa de grafito muy suave como acariciando el papel para luego con la ayuda de un pincel de cerda suave expandir el grafito y así crear una superficie suave y pareja dejando a la vista los diferentes tonos para las luces y sombras. Luego para las sombras oscuras y darle más profundidad al retrato utilizo el 2B haciendo un poco de presión.

Ya para terminar para el cabello tomamos el lápiz 2B y creamos una primera capa con líneas muy suaves siguiendo la caída del cabello o según su forma, para luego difuminar con el pincel. Volvemos con una segunda capa, pero con un poco más de presión, aplicando en las zonas más oscuras del cabello para luego difuminamos con el pincel, luego tomamos el borrador moldeable para borrar suavemente algunas zonas para darle luces de igual manera en algunas partes de su rostro.

This drawing took me an hour and a half of work. Although I would have liked to have included more images of the step-by-step process, unfortunately, it was not possible because it was a practice drawing done from start to finish.
