Today I would like to share with you a personalized cartoon-style drawing of a rocker boy playing the guitar. Drawing that has been made using a 2B and 8B graphite pencil.

To create this cute character, we began with the 2B graphite pencil, creating his face such as his sunglasses, eyebrows, nose, mouth, and messy hair. Next, the skin and part of his jacket and guitar, with a layer of very soft graphite as if caressing the paper, and then with the help of a small soft bristle brush, expand the graphite and thus create a smooth and even surface, leaving the See the different shades for the highlights and shadows.

For the darker shadows and to give depth to the portrait we will use the same 2B pencil, but applying a little more pressure on the paper.

Keep in mind that a firm but light hand must be used to carefully blend and blend the drawing for an even and realistic finish.

For the hair we take the 8B pencil and create a first layer with very soft lines, to later blend with the brush. We return with a second layer, but with a little more pressure, applying to the darker areas of the hair and then blending with the brush.

To finish with a draft, I have to draw lights, in the same way some parts of his face, suit, guitar and hair to give a touch of realism.

El día de hoy me permito compartir con ustedes un dibujo personalizado al estilo dibujo animado de un chico rockero tocando la guitarra. Dibujo que ha sido realizada utilizando un lápiz de grafito 2B y 8B.

Para crear este simpático personaje se comenzó con el lápiz de grafito 2B creando el rostro como sus lentes de sol, cejas, nariz, boca y un cabello alborotado. Luego seguidamente la piel y parte de su chaqueta y guitarra, con una capa de grafito muy suave como acariciando el papel, para luego con la ayuda de un pequeño pincel de cerda suave expandir el grafito y así crear una superficie suave y pareja dejando a la vista los diferentes tonos para las luces y sombras.

Para las sombras más oscuras y darle profundidad al retrato usaremos el mismo lápiz 2B, pero haciendo un poco más de presión sobre el papel.

Hay que tener en cuenta que se debe tener una mano firme pero liviana para mezclar y difuminar cuidadosamente el dibujo para obtener un acabado uniforme y realista.

Para el cabello tomamos el lápiz 8B y creamos una primera capa con líneas muy suaves, para luego difuminar con el pincel. Volvemos con una segunda capa, pero con un poco más de presión, aplicando en las zonas más oscuras del cabello para luego difuminamos con el pincel.

Para terminar con un borrador he ir sacando luces, de igual manera algunas partes de su rostro, traje, guitarra y cabello para así dar un toque de realismo.

This drawing is made by hand and it took me an hour and a half of work. Although I would have liked to have included more images of the process step by step, unfortunately, it was not possible for me as it was a practice drawing done from start to finish. Este dibujo esta hecho a mano y me tomó una hora y media de trabajo. A pesar de que me hubiera gustado haber incluido mas imágenes del proceso paso a paso, desafortunadamente, no me fue posible debido que fue un dibujo de practica hecho de principio a fin. Pero de igual manera están algunas imágenes del proceso. No obstante, espero que disfruten de este dibujo y les agradecería mucho si me dejaran sus comentarios.
