A Chilly Walk with the Furry Friend and his Stick

It was chilly and overcast this morning as I took the pooch for a walk in the woods. I went quite early so no other cars were in the layby.

Buddy seemed to acquire a stick, along the way. A rather big stick which he insisted on waving in front of me. He's lethal with a stick.

I can't seem to take a photo without the pooch in it at the moment. I'm usually lagging behind and I wish I had some of his energy.

Someone had put a few Christmas baubles on the tree. They're not the ones that shatter if they fall off. I expect they will be taken off after the holidays.

Unless you are camping on the campsite you aren't supposed to walk in the private area. Dogs can't read though ...

I avoided this part as I knew Buddy would run straight through the boggy part with glee. My car looks like a shit tip in the back, so I don't want to add to it.

We just got back to the car before it started to rain. Hopefully, I've tired the pooch out for a bit.
