To The Pumpkin 🎃 Patch!…….My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2026

The day began at church with awesome worship and an awesome sermon. Lots of food for thought 💭

Once the service was done, we headed home for a few and then got back in the car. We ambled down South Pass to the pumpkin patch wagon I pass going to work. I’d been eyeing this tallish yellow pumpkin as I’d been driving by, all week and so far, no one had bought it. We got there and score! It was waiting for me along with a friend. I purchased 2 of them.

We needed a couple of things at the Dollar Tree store in Lynden and the car needed gas as well. So we took the scenic route along Timon Road to see if another place I enjoy visiting had their pumpkins out. Not yet although you can see they are getting ready. I’ll visit another day.

After the store, I took a side road in Lynden where I’d noticed they had their pumpkin stand up and running. They had quite the cute little stand with more than just pumpkins!

I purchased 2 there. Then, we headed to drive the Hampton Road to visit here…..

They always have affordably priced pumpkins. I got 3 more!

Once home, I set about placing my displays. I decided to put more directly out back of the house, visible from the patio doors for my viewing pleasure!

Along the garage, I placed two smaller displays that I can view when I come home from work…..

At the deck to the door we go in and out of, I’ve got more pumpkins and a lovely fall color echinacea plant. Between the indoor and outdoor displays, I’ve amassed 12 pumpkins thus far. There is still the main pumpkin/fall festival event taking place every weekend in October that we plan to attend. For that outing, I’ll probably be more focused on gourds.

That was today’s pumpkin adventures! I’m thankful @silvertop humors my pumpkin addiction, lol! He helped me place the pumpkins around by toting the bigger ones for me. Thank you, dear! 😍🎃
