Isn’t Cyle such a beautiful kitty? 🐈⬛ Just look 👀 at that face! He was on the bed 🛏 this morning and I just had to capture him! 😻😽😻
I got up this morning to a forest fire 🔥 smoke filled sky. You could almost taste it in the air! I pulled up a map of current fires 🔥 to see where the closest one might be. As of this morning, there are 3 active fires 🔥 in our state. One is on the western side of the Cascades and 2 othered west and north of Spokane. Unless there’s something going on up in BC Canada, 🇨🇦 then I’m guessing it’s the one near Seattle. Usually, we get smoke much earlier than now, so either we’ve not had many fires,🔥 or the smoke has not presented until now.
I needed to run an Amazon return to UPS and other than some continuing education for my optician’s licensing, nothing much else requiring attention. Yes, I’ve plenty to do but wasn’t feeling a push to do much else for today!
The itsy bitsy spider…………….I absolutely, without a doubt, cannot stand spiders! 🕷 I can tell you some stories…….
Anyway, with fall coming on, they appear in droves EVERYWHERE!!!👀😳😳😳 On our hike to the cabin today, I found this guy sunning himself in the setting sun 🌞
As long as he’s way up there, it’s fine……..but get in my way and I’ll find a stick to remove you from my path! Get in my house, and it’s the last thing you’ll do! Yes, I dislike them intensely!!!
Yesterday, we had a furry little fella in a tree enjoying a snack of a fresh pine cone.
Remember all the blueberries and huckleberries our son and his wife collected on Sunday? Well, it turned into 30 jars of jam!

😂itsy bitsy spider has no plans to come any close. I too don't like spiders, especially in the house. We have a strange belief or superstition that having codwebs in the house blocks good luck or finance from someone to the house, so taking them out, opens the door to goodnews. 😂Strange beliefs.
