My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2022

(Edited)

Hey everybody! Thanks πŸ™ for stopping by today! πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘β˜•οΈ

Work today was fairly nondescript. I had a frame rep and I ordered what I needed to replenish the frame boards. Later in the afternoon I had a first timer and she did amazingly well! I was really proud of her! Tomorrow looks to be a busy day as we are a bit overbooked. And it’s just the doctor and myself on Fridays.

My back is better; it’s still a little painful and I’m stiff. I’m looking forward to the weekend where I can have a little bit more mobility and stretch things out some.

Here’s some eye πŸ‘ candy 🍭 be for your viewing pleasure!

I’m gonna have to run as I’m busy roasting coffee for my customer who lives out in the Rhode Island area of the US. Take care everybody and have a wonderful evening! Please continue to pray for Ukraine! πŸ‘£πŸ‘β˜•οΈβ˜•οΈβ˜•οΈπŸ‘πŸπŸŒžπŸ€©πŸ˜΄

Thanks sis; it's been a long road this time, and it's not over yet, but we will see if I can hike the Soaring Eagle Trail tomorrow!

As for the frame thief......I never could find anyone on the video cams that was close to where the frame's home was. Not sure what happened there. Love ya bunches!πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸ’œπŸ’–πŸ€—

I'm glad to hear that your back is doing better. I don't know if you are just healing it on a physical level. My experience is that usually back pain (as most of the physical pain) is related to emotions. If you would like to explore that you can contact me :) Have a great day and weekend! πŸ˜ƒ

Thank you @capitanabeach! I have an old horseback riding injury and arthritis in my back as well as all over the place. It can be a pain (pun intended) but it usually doesn't last quite this long. Take care and have a lovely weekend! !LADY

Roasting coffee? I never knew that coffee are being roasted. I have learnt something new today.

Coffee beans are harvested from the coffee plant and then dried in the sun. Then it is bagged and sold as a green bean. I take the green beans and put them into my roaster and run the roaster and they become toasted and brown. Once they've reached the optimum color, the cycle ends and I bag or put into air tight canisters. I actually drink decaf and my husband drinks fully caffeinated. We are seriously spoiled because it is so fresh.

This is one of my roasters loaded with green beans at the start of the cycle. Take care @joydukeson and have a lovely weekend!

Sorry sis, have to catch-up!
Those mushrooms are a marvel!
That looks edible! Is there a mushroom book you can compare to for non-edible ones?
What about truffles? Do they grow there?

I would think there is a book. I'm not much of a 'shroom fan for eating. I like them as eye candy! As for truffles......I'm not sure. Take care sis!πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸŒΈπŸ’•
