My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2021

Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!

It was a very busy day at the clinic today! At one point, I looked at the doc and asked him, ‘ who am I?’ I felt like a top who had been wound up and released to spin out in the universe somewhere, lol 😂

I was glad, as was the doc his mom, to see the end of the day. We all left about the same time. With the time change, quitting time is after dark which turns our nighttime hike into a dark hike. We all three have high power LED flashlights so that’s a plus; you just can’t see what or who is lurking in the darkness! Jan joined us for the nocturnal hike.

The first pic is of half moon, but I could not get my camera to focus, so it’s more like a white blob, lol. So, see some more pics of fall leaves from the other day.

I hiked tonight without my poles to see how it felt when I got done. My back was ‘tight’ for lack of better wording. I’ll decide next hike whether to go with them or not. I’m trying to build strength.

Tomorrow is a special day for me. @silvertop and I have plans when I get home from work, so I’ll be sure to document our escapade.
