• This afternoon I was in a work meeting and I ordered a coffee, while I was drinking some of my coffee I remembered that a couple of years ago I could not tolerate the taste of coffee in my mouth and now I cannot live without it.

Está tarde estuve en un reunión de trabajo y pedí un café, mientras tomaba un poco de mi café recordé que hace un par de años no podía tolerar el sabor de café en mi boca y ahora no puedo vivir sin él.

• My relationship with coffee has been a duality of love-hate, for things of life 3 years ago I was working in a coffee shop and I saw closely the whole process of preparation of coffee until it was served in a cup and placed on the table for a customer, I learned a lot of things from the types of beans and the preparation of each type of coffee.

Mi relación con el café ha sido una dualidad  de amor-odio,por cosas de la vida hace 3 años estuve trabajando en una cafetería y veía de cerca todo el proceso de preparación del café hasta que esté era servido ej un taza y se colocaba  en la mesa para algún cliente, aprendí muchísimas cosas desde los tipos de granos y la preparación de cada tipo de café. 

• I must admit that the essence of a good coffee is in an espresso but it depends on my mood my favorite coffee, on a hot day maybe I can ask for an Americano or if it is a cold day a mocca, this last one I like a lot because it has a little chocolate, although today I only asked for a latte.

Debo admitir que la esencia un buen café está en un espresso pero depende de mi estado de ánimo mi café favorito, en un día caluroso tal vez puedo pedir un Americano o si es un día frío un  mocca este último me gusta mucho porque tiene un poco de chocolate, aunque hoy solo pedí un latte.

• The aroma of coffee is something that hypnotizes and I think that's what happened to me, being daily so close to coffee made me want to try it and taste it, I think that before I had not experienced that feeling combining the smell with the taste and that feeling led me to a definite love for it.

El aroma del café es algo que hipnotiza y creo que fue lo que me pasó, estar diariamente tan cerca del café me hizo querer probarlo y degustarlo, creo que antes no había experimentado esa sensación combinar el olor con el sabor y esa sensación me llevó a un definitivo amor por él.

• Now every morning before leaving for work I cannot leave without drinking a delicious coffee, it has become part of my life. I hope in the future to be able to share with you those beautiful experiences with coffee.

Ahora todas las mañana antes de salir al trabajo no puedo salir sin tomar un rico café, se ha vuelto parte de mi vida. Espero en el futuro poder compartir con ustedes esas lindas experiencias con el café.

• That nice memory came to my mind while everyone was very focused on their work, coffee for me is disconnection and that's what I did in that little moment. I also took the opportunity to take these pictures that I share with you.
