En este post les quiero hablar acerca de una mascarilla facial que estuve probando hace unos días.
Por la larga exposición al sol que tuve en la playa el día que fui con mi familia mi piel sufrió de insolación.
Llegué a casa con la cara completamente roja como un tomate. Al día siguiente el dolor era insoportable, sentía mucho calor en el rostro y no podía realizar ninguna expresión porque al hacerlas el dolor me envolvía.

In this post I want to tell you about a face mask that I tried a few days ago.
Because of the long exposure to the sun I had at the beach the day I went with my family, my skin suffered from sunstroke.
I came home with my face completely red as a tomato. The next day the pain was unbearable, I felt very hot on my face and I could not make any expression because when I made them the pain enveloped me.
Al ver que mi rostro de verdad necesitaba hidratación decidí buscar entre mis cosas y encontré una Mascarilla de Velo Facial con extractos de tomate y esa eran las propiedades que mi rostro necesitaba.
Fui al baño, tomé una ducha y lavé mi rostro, abrí la mascarilla, extraje el velo y lo coloqué en mi rostro.
A veces me cuesta un poco acomodar estos velos en el rostro porque se me deslizan por los dedos, intenté hacerlo lo mejor que pude.
Las mascarillas suelen traer orificios para los ojos, nariz y boca así que coloqué todo muy bien para poder caminar tranquila mientras la mascarilla hacía su efecto.
Seeing that my face really needed hydration I decided to look through my things and found a Facial Veil Mask with tomato extracts and that was the properties that my face needed.
I went to the bathroom, took a shower and washed my face, opened the mask, took out the veil and put it on my face.
Sometimes it's a little difficult for me to put these veils on my face because they slip through my fingers, I tried to do the best I could.
The masks usually have holes for the eyes, nose and mouth so I placed everything very well so I could walk calmly while the mask was working.
Dejé la mascarilla 20 minutos mas o menos en mi rostro, quería que el serum fuera absorbido en su totalidad, la retiré solo cuando vi que ya el velo estaba casi seco.
El resto de Serum que queda en el empaque se lo dí a mi mama para que hidratara su rostro porque el de ella estaba 10 veces peor que el mío.
Decidí colocar la mascarilla de tomate ya que el tomate aporta muchos beneficios para combatir las quemaduras, es cicatrizante e hidratante.
Cuando retire la mascarilla esperé unos 5 minutos para que el resto del serum terminara de penetrar la piel.
I left the mask on my face for 20 minutes or so, I wanted the serum to be fully absorbed, I removed it only when I saw that the veil was almost dry.
The rest of the serum left in the package I gave it to my mom to moisturize her face because hers was 10 times worse than mine.
I decided to put on the tomato mask because tomato provides many benefits to fight burns, it is healing and moisturizing.
When I removed the mask I waited about 5 minutes for the rest of the serum to finish penetrating the skin.
Cuando el Serum se absorbió apliqué crema hidratante en mi rostro, previamente la dejé en la nevera para que estuviera fresca y aliviara el ardor de mi rostro y sinceramente tuvo mucho efecto.
Combatir quemaduras solares es bastante tedioso, el calor incrementa el dolor y las molestias y el exceso de frío tampoco ayuda.
En estos momentos mi piel ya comenzó a escamarse y poco a poco se está cayendo toda la piel muerta, obviamente cambié de color a un tono mas bronceado, pero espero que con mis rutinas de Skincare pueda recuperar la salud y normalidad de mi piel.

When the Serum was absorbed I applied moisturizer on my face, previously I left it in the fridge so it would be cool and soothe the burning of my face and honestly it had a lot of effect.
Fighting sunburn is quite tedious, the heat increases the pain and discomfort and the excess of cold does not help either.
Right now my skin has already started to flake and little by little all the dead skin is falling off, obviously I changed color to a more tanned tone, but I hope that with my Skincare routines I can get my skin back to health and normal.
