Aprendiendo a hacer un VisionBoard | Learning to make a visionboard ~ Elieska
Hola chicos! Hoy vengo a contarles una linda experiencia que pude vivir a principios de enero y que no había podido compartir aquí por diversas razones.
En las redes sociales del centro comercial de mi ciudad "Costa Mall" publicaron un flyer promocionando un evento que estarían realizando de la mano de un conferencista reconocido de nuestra ciudad.
En dicho evento explicarían cómo realizar un "Visión Board" y cuando ví el flyer publicitario me llamó mucho la atención, pues siempre he querido realizar uno pero no sé cómo hacerlo.
Hi guys! Today I come to tell you about a nice experience I had at the beginning of January and that I had not been able to share here for various reasons.
In the social networks of my city's shopping center "Costa Mall" they published a flyer promoting an event that they would be doing with the help of a renowned speaker from our city.
In this event they would explain how to make a "Vision Board" and when I saw the flyer it caught my attention, because I have always wanted to make one but I don't know how to do it.

Envié mis datos al centro comercial para apartar mi cupo y días después me enteré que mi amiga Estefania (quién trabaja conmigo en la academia) también tenía planificado asistir a la conferencia.
Para mí, ésta era una muy buena noticia pues no estaría sola y eso me aliviaba ya que, no suelo sentirme muy cómoda cuando estoy sola en un lugar.
Comencé a arreglarme temprano para salir a tiempo, cosa que no logré jaja. Llegué minutos antes de iniciar el evento. Estefania me había guardado un asiento en la primera fila y podíamos ver y escuchar todo con mucha claridad y comodidad.
I sent my information to the mall to reserve my spot and a few days later I found out that my friend Estefania (who works with me at the academy) was also planning to attend the conference.
For me, this was very good news because I would not be alone and that relieved me since I don't usually feel very comfortable when I am alone in a place.
I started to get ready early to leave on time, which I didn't manage to do haha. I arrived minutes before the event started. Estefania had saved me a seat in the front row and we could see and hear everything very clearly and comfortably.
El evento dió inicio y el conferencista comenzó con su presentación. Habló de lo que era un Visión Board y qué debía contener, nos explicó que debemos crearlo visualizando nuestras metas y objetivos para el año en el que se está creando, pero visualizar esas metas ya realizadas para que tengan más validez en nuestra mente.
También, hizo comentarios que, aunque ya había escuchado antes, siempre es bueno recordarlo. Uno de esos es que la mente tiene muchísimo poder y si creemos firmemente que podemos hacer o lograr algo, lo proyectamos, lo declaramos y trabajamos por ello podremos hacerlo realidad. Que debemos decir en voz alta lo que queremos, pero decirlo en presente como si ya lo tuviéramos "Tengo un Carro" "Este año compro mi casa" "Este año soy feliz".
The event started and the speaker began with his presentation. He talked about what a Vision Board was and what it should contain, he explained that we should create it visualizing our goals and objectives for the year in which it is being created, but visualizing those goals already achieved so that they have more validity in our mind.
He also made comments that, although I had heard before, it is always good to remember. One of those is that the mind has a lot of power and if we firmly believe that we can do or achieve something, project it, declare it and work for it, we can make it happen. That we must say out loud what we want, but say it in the present tense as if we already have it "I have a car" "This year I buy my house" "This year I am happy".
Luis (el conferencista) comenzó a dialogar con el público, bajó del escenario y escucho algunas historias. Siguió dando consejos de proyección y típs para la creación de nuestro Visión Board.
Al final, nos compartieron una cartulina donde tendríamos que hacer nuestro propio Visión Board. Nos acercaron algunas revistas, pega, pinceles y tijeras.
Comenzamos a buscar en las revistas imágenes o palabras que coincidieran con nuestra proyección del año. A mí me resultó un poco difícil, no lograba encontrará imágenes que reflejarán las metas que tengo para este año.
Luis (the speaker) started a dialogue with the audience, came down from the stage and listened to some stories. He continued giving projection tips and tips for the creation of our Vision Board.
At the end, they shared with us a cardboard where we would have to make our own Vision Board. They brought us some magazines, glue, brushes and scissors.
We started looking through the magazines for images or words that matched our projection for the year. It was a little difficult for me, I couldn't find images that would reflect the goals I have for this year.
Aún no terminaba y ya estaba oscureciendo así que decidí salir de la sala y regresar a casa, pero antes pasé por un helado. Tenía mucho tiempo sin comer uno y lo deseaba. Así que camine hasta la Heladería Hollywood, hice la fila para pedir y pagar y luego la fila para que me entregaran el helado. Me senté en uno de los banquitos del lugar y disfruté en soledad mi helado. A veces, aunque no me gusta salir sola, disfruto pasar un momento conmigo misma.
I wasn't finished yet and it was already getting dark so I decided to leave the room and go home, but first I stopped for an ice cream. I hadn't had one in a long time and I was craving it. So I walked to the Hollywood Ice Cream Parlor, waited in line to order and pay and then waited in line to get my ice cream. I sat down on one of the little benches in the place and enjoyed my ice cream in solitude. Sometimes, even though I don't like to go out alone, I enjoy spending a moment with myself.

Hola @elieska , esas conferencias son muy buenas, y siempre es bueno que alguien te ayude a ver una visión diferente de lograr tus metas y objetivos. Que bueno que la aprovechaste.
