Separar las claras de las yemas y colocar las yemas en una olla, junto con la leche líquida y la leche condensada.

Llevar a fuego bajo y revolver constantemente, hasta que espese. Es muy importante no dejar que hierva para que no se corte.

Cuando espese, retirar del fuego y añadir el ron y el amargo de angostura o vainilla
When it thickens, remove from the heat and add the rum and the amargo de angostura or vanilla
Dejar enfriar y luego colar para que no queden grumos. Por último colocar la bebida en botellas de vidrio previamente esterilizadas y llevar a refrigeración.
