Preparación:
Picamos el pollo empiezas con las medidas a nuestro gusto también pelamos y picamos en rodajas los vegetales cebolla, tomate, calabacín y en julianas el pimentón al tener todo esto picado procedemos a incorporarselo en el pollo con un poco de sal al gusto, orégano, cúbito y ajo triturado revolver y dejar en cocción hasta que se deshagan los vegetales obteniendo una salsa por otro lado para la ensalada vamos a rebanar en rodajas el pepino seguidamente al rayar la zanahoria, remolacha todo esto lo incorporamos a un bolw lo aderezamos con aceite, sal, mayonesa al tener lista cada uno de los alimentos procedemos a armar nuestro plato quedando así como les presento en las fotos.
