Feliz domingo tengan todos mis panitas espero que todos estén bien, aquí les presento la oportunidad para presentar la receta de un rico desayuno dominguero de un revoltillo de huevo con salchichas y vegetales en esta ocasión quise acompañarlo con una arepitas, este es un platillo fácil y rápido ideal para degustar en el desayuno del día de hoy domingo aprovechando que vamos a pasar el día en la casita descansando para reponer las energías para iniciar una nueva semana y en esta ocasión la quise acompañar con arepas asadas, así que les ánimo a que me acompañen.

Eggs, sausage, onion, tomato, salt, oil.

Preparation:

Preparación:
Para iniciar esta fácil receta debemos pelar y picar las cebollas y tomate en cuadritos pequeños seguidamente poner a sofreir en una sartén con un poco de aceite precalentado se le agrega sal al gusto también batir los huevos y agregar al sofrito, revolver hasta obtener una consistencia sólida y apagar cuando ya esté listo a la hora de servir nuestro plato lo vamos a acompañar con una arepitas cocida, aderezar con hojas de perejil, quedando de tal manera como muestran las fotografías.
