Hola mis panitas bienvenidos sean todos una vez más a mi blog, quiero presentarles una receta muy sencilla e ideal para degustar y compartir con todos ustedes como es una ensalada colorida acompañado con arroz blanco y carne de pollo enlatada, así que acompáñenme durante el desarrollo de esta publicación.

Preparación:
Debemos poner un caldero al fuego con un suficiente agua y colocamos la papa zanahoria y remolacha a sancochar después cuando ya estén blanda debemos retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar para luego pelar y picar en cuadritos medianos también pedacitos de cebolla seguidamente el repollo en finas julianas, aderezamos con sal al gusto, aceite, un poquito de ajo triturado revolver todo por otro lado vamos a destapar la lata de carne y procedemos a picar en rodajas para poner a freír en una sartén con suficiente aceite precalentado, voltear y retirar cuando estén doraditas al estar y tener todo listo vamos a servir nuestro plato acompañándolos con el tradicional arroz blanco clásico, quedando como les presento en las fotos.
