Space is pretty cool guys, really cool, you know what else is really cool? Tolkien is really cool you're gonna hear that a lot this week if only we could have something that combines space and Tolkien, right guys? Like some kind of planetary object with some names and stuff giggles OK, YEAH ONE OF SATURN'S MOONS HAVE MOUNTAINS AND HILLS NAMED AFTER SOME OF TOLKIEN'S CHARACTERS AND PLACES YEAAAH, Let's get into it!

The moon in question os Titan the biggest Saturn's moons, this girl is huge, is the second largest in the whole solar system just behind THE DEATH STAR!!! Ganymede Jupiter's largest moon they're both larger than Mercury, poor Mercury =( this moon is really special because is the only one with a dense atmosphere, in fact, is the only celestial body in our solar system other than earth that shows this characteristic this is why some smart dudes are thinking on going there and establish a colony, I'll catch them when they installed the wifi
But we're not here to learn about space stuff today... just for today we're here for the other nerdy stuff, Tolkien stuff, Titan has a series of mountains and hills named after the creations of the great British author you may imagine that moons do have mountains and hills and that kind of things, right? some of these Colles or little hills are Arwen Colles, Lord Elrond's daughter and future Queen of Gondor Bilbo Colles, Frodo's uncle and the finder of the Ring Faramir Colles, Son of the steward of Gondor and Boromir's little brother Gandalf Colles, I don't think I need to explain this one Handir Colles, son of Haldir a great half of the First Age... this one was a bit obscure and Nimloth Colles the White Tree of Gondor
Now, all of the mountains in Titan are named after mountains in Tolkiens works big nerd play here these are *Angmar Montes, The place where the Witch-King lived Dolmed Montes, a mountain near Belegost Doom Mons, where the Dark Lord forged the Ring Echoriat Montes, the mountains surrounding the hidden city of Gondolin Erebor Mons, the Lonely Mountain Gram Montes, mountain northward of Eriador Irensaga Montes one of the tallest peaks of the White Mountains Merlock Montes ok this one is named after some mountains in a poem in The Hobbit, these guys were bigger nerds than I am Mindolluin Montes, another peak on the White Mountains Misty Montes, the Misty Mountains Mithrim Montes, the mountains near Hithlum in Beleriand Moria Montes, the Mines of Moria Rerir Montes, a mountain of Beleriand and Taniquetil Montes the holiest mountain in Valinor

Being able to study astrophysics and space things surely made these people spend all their ability point on the nerd tree skill but damn, I wish I could put names of The Lord of the Rings to something, or go in cosplay conventions and be happy being a nerd GUYS TAKE ME WITH YOU!!!!
