The different Brain Waves

Good day dear community, first of all I would like to welcome you all to my new post and hope you had a great start to the weekend! Today I would like to discuss an interesting topic and hope you are able to expand your knowledge.

When one speaks of different brain waves, this refers to certain activities within the brain which arise when the nerve cells of the brain braves unite and emit electrical impulses and the different waves arise from the number of signals. You can also call the brain a pattern which generates different types of vibrations and roughly is distinguished from four waves such as alpha, beta, theta or delta waves which say a lot about the psychological state of humans and on the basis of certain activities of certain waves one can measure specific reactions or feelings and it is measured with the help of EEG machine which is a neurological diagnostic procedure that measures the electrical impulses of the brain and then presents them in graphic form. With the help of this measurement method, you can specifically detect diseases related to the nerve cells of the brain and when people started research in this area about 100 years ago, they noticed that each brain wave is responsible for a different state of consciousness and is defined in different frequencies and by stimulating the different waves it is possible to change the mental state. The alpha waves move in a range between 7 - 14 Hz and are mainly responsible for a feeling of relaxation and the cognitive abilities are improved and in this state you are able to absorb information much better than usual and when the alpha waves are disturbed you are much more susceptible to stress.

Beta waves are located in a range between 14 - 30 Hz and are also associated with vitality and especially during the day while you are doing things, these waves are measurable and it is easier to process sensory perceptions and the thought pattern generally works more analytically. Theta waves move in a low range between 3 - 7 Hz and are usually associated with deep states of consciousness such as sleep or trance and while you relax, sleep or meditate, these waves are measurable and the effects in this state are extremely complex and are strongly associated with the subconscious and are often also associated with supernatural experiences and especially the long-term, the effects are probably very interesting in the area of research. Let's come to the delta waves which are located in an extremely low range between 0.5 - 4 Hz and are particularly linked to the phase of deep sleep and these waves are closely connected to the subconscious and the effects are extremely diverse and can also have a positive effect on the body and help to strengthen the immune system and when it comes to disorders you are more susceptible to diseases and it can also seen to the key to a deep sleep. It is important to know that these different types of brain waves are also divided into different sub-areas that represent the analysis or behavioral patterns even more complex and I would like to discuss the general effects in my contribution.
