Hey dear Hive community, I hope you are all well and you had a day full of positive experiences! In my new post, I would like to write something about alchemy and hope you can learn new things.

Matching to the alchemy, I have taken some pictures of minerals and specifically, this article is supposed to be about the production of elixirs when it comes to the old alchemists. The production of elixirs is closely associated with the basic steps of processing and different materials were used as a basis and an important basis were mostly medicinal plants, fungi, metals or minerals and the production is usually strongly associated with mysticism and according to interpretations, the consumption of certain elixirs was associated with the path of enlightenment. The creation of elixirs from minerals was an important part of the transformation from a spiritual point of view and each mineral had its very own abilities and an elixir of emerald could help to let the own feelings run wild and amethyst or sapphire essences can help to get the answer to different questions and solve subliminal blockages. The use of metals such as silver or gold for the production was also very popular and particularly popular was the so-called gold essence Aurum potabile, which could be used from a spiritual point of view for the clarification of the mind and from medical point of view as a universal remedy. The recipes do not always emerge from old writings and often the preparation of certain essences, especially when it comes to minerals, a an very mysterious topic and in the European Middle Ages there was even the assumption that some alchemists could have an essence with which one could transform base metals into noble ones and often there is also talk of some which could even help to obtain immortality. In Chinese alchemy there are similar views and here, too, there is often talk of an elixir that could rejuvenate the body or even help to get immortality and also the creation of potions that could give magical abilities was the focus of the alchemists. It was also important to produce healing elixirs for the disinfection of wounds and an important basis were also elixirs from plants which were used against a wide variety of diseases and these principles of production in which plants are separated and then reassembled is also called spagyrics. Many well-known alchemists have been heavily involved in the creation of elixirs and one of them was the Swiss doctor or alchemist Paracelsus and everywhere in old writings or alchemical works of art you can find traces of different types of elixirs and, like already mentioned above, the topic is strongly associated with mysticism.

i also read about the ancient era somewhere, when people used to believe, there's an alchemy theory that can convert normal metals to gold. It captured the minds of generations, blending science with ancient wisdom trying to unlock the secrets of the universe.
