Effects of Classical Music on Plants

Hello dear community, first of all I would like to welcome you all to my new post and hope you had a day full of positive experiences! Today I would like to discuss a topic of interest and hope you can expand your knowledge a little.

Here you can see pictures of forsythia as well as liverworts and I would like to use them as a template to discuss in more detail how classical music affects plants on the growth of plants. It is interesting to know that there are different attempts in which plants music of different genres have been played and the best results were in classical music, which ensured that growth has been promoted in many ways, while with aggressive music such as heavy metal or punk the plants have even shrunken. Although plants have no ears, they still react to music and this works via the cells in which membranes are located and it happens that the pores are opened by the influence of classical music and even the production of photosynthesis is stimulated. These membranes are able to perceive the volume and different frequencies and are considered very sensitive and react strongly to external influences such as noise and also to germination of seeds or the formation of roots it can have a positive influence. With crops, it was even found out that it can significantly increase the yield which is significantly higher than for which no music has been played, but it is important to mention here that it is not enough to play music for a short time, but for weeks or even months to see the results.
