Ya les he comentado que soy redactora freelancer.

He sido ghost writer en artículos sobre distintas temáticas.

Y me pasa que, me involucro tanto en cada tema, que termino practicando, probando, estudiando hasta volverme una cuasi erudita.

Me pasó con el tarot, el horóscopo, el cuidado para el cabello, el café ...

Sí, me dio por aprender todos los arcanos mayores, arcanos menores, las tiradas y el significado de cada uno, el tarot de Marsella, el rider, el egipcio, el gitano...
hasta aprendí la baraja española.

Del horóscopo me quedó poder recomendar la compatibilidad de parejas, la importancia de la carta astral... y que hay más horóscopos que marcas de refresco:
celta,
chino,
egipcio,
maya...

Para el cabello ideal comprobé mascarillas de sábila, aguacate y miel, hasta que me di cuenta de que mi pelo se alimentaba mejor que yo.

Cuando me tocó el café, ya fue como más llevadero.
Claro que es difícil probar distintas variedades, porque qué sentido tiene tomarme un café de Etiopía o Jamaica con tanto café venezolano dando vueltas.

He aprendido mucho, en especial historias, anécdotas...
que existen un montón de tipos de cafeteras...
unas que parecen sacadas de un laboratorio.
Otras que se llevaron 20 años en realizar su diseño.
Otras que están incluidas en museos de arte y diseño.

Así como también infinidades de rituales para preparar y tomar café.

Ahora me ha tocado con el vino...

El universo de la etnología, viticultura... pasearme no solo entre aromas, sabores y texturas, sino también entre campos, viñedos y uvas del mundo.

Este si es un verdadero romance… platónico, claro, porque todo lo hago y vivo desde mi oficina.

Me sorprendo a mi misma con tanta dedicación y estudio que le pongo a este tema.

Es que no por nada se le llama el elixir de los dioses.

Confieso, que hace mucho tiempo, por ignorancia subestimaba esta bebida, comparándola con cualquier bebida alcohólica.
Pero que va. El vino es algo superior.

Han sido años, le ha dado la vuelta al mundo, imposible de poner a un lado de la narrativa misma de la humanidad.

Cuando me tocó desarrollar el contenido sobre el origen del vino, investigué y busqué tratando de encontrar evidencias hasta en la génesis.
Fue triste descubrir que la humanidad no fue creada del vino.
Ya sabemos como fue.

Más allá de su importancia gastronómica, el vínculo social, la connotación cultural, filosófica y religiosa, el aroma, sabor, textura y efectos psicotrópicos del vino nos ha acompañado por milenios.

En fin, son tantas razones, argumentos y matices que conforman este complejo e interesante universo del vino, que nunca terminamos de comprender en una copa.

¿Qué cuál es el origen del vino?

te copio un fragmento del texto original que yo misma escribí:

Memorias, anécdotas o leyendas hay muchas. Pero como todo, la casualidad, el ensayo, prueba y error son protagonistas en el origen del vino.

Una anécdota

Según una de ellas dice que el vino fue descubierto durante un hecho vivido por una mujer.
Dice así:
una princesa que perdió la preferencia de su rey, se sintió tan avergonzada que quiso atentar contra su vida consumiendo unas uvas fermentadas, en supuesto mal estado, que estaban contenidas en un frasco.

Obviamente, en vez de morir, se sintió mareada producto de la borrachera y se desmayó.

Al despertar, se sintió relajada, restándole importancia al origen de sus problemas. Por tanto, siguió consumiendo de manera habitual las uvas podridas que mejoró su humor y estado de ánimo, tanto que reconquistó los favores de su rey.

Me gusta esta anécdota, porque se replica hasta el sol de hoy en cada rincón del planeta. ¿No te parece?

And it happens to me that, I get so involved in each subject, that I end up practicing, testing, studying until I become a quasi-scholar.

It happened to me with tarot, horoscopes, hair care, coffee...

Yes, I took to learning all the major arcana, minor arcana, the spreads and the meaning of each one, the Marseille tarot, the rider, the Egyptian, the gypsy... I even learned the Spanish deck.

From the horoscope I was able to recommend the compatibility of couples, the importance of the birth chart... and that there are more horoscopes than soda brands:
Celtic,
Chinese,
Egyptian,
Maya.

For ideal hair, I tried aloe vera, avocado, and honey masks, until I realized that my hair fed better than me.

When it was my turn to have coffee, it was already more bearable. Of course it is difficult to try different varieties, because what is the point of having a coffee from Ethiopia or Jamaica with so much Venezuelan coffee going around.

I have learned a lot, especially stories, anecdotes... that there are a lot of types of coffee machines... some that look like they came out of a laboratory.
Others that took 20 years to make their design.
Others that are included in art and design museums.

Now it has touched me with the wine...

The universe of ethnology, viticulture... walk not only among aromas, flavors and textures, but also among fields, vineyards and grapes from around the world.

This is a true romance.
I surprise myself with so much dedication and study that I put into this topic.

It's not called the elixir of the gods for nothing.

I confess, that a long time ago, out of ignorance I underestimated this drink, comparing it with any alcoholic beverage.

It has been years, it has gone around the world, impossible to put aside from the very narrative of humanity.

When I had to develop the content on the origin of wine, I investigated and searched trying to find evidence even in the genesis.
It was sad to discover that humanity was not created from wine.
We already know how it was.

Beyond its gastronomic importance, the social link, the cultural, philosophical and religious connotation, the aroma, flavor, texture and psychotropic effects of wine have accompanied us for millennia.

In short, there are so many reasons, arguments and nuances that make up this complex and interesting universe of wine, which we never finish understanding in a glass.

What is the origin of the wine?

An anecdote

According to one of them, it says that the wine was discovered during an event experienced by a woman.
She says like this:
a princess who lost the preference of her king, felt so ashamed that she wanted to make an attempt on her life by consuming some fermented grapes, supposedly in poor condition, that were contained in a jar.

Obviously, instead of dying, she felt dizzy from drunkenness and she passed out.

Upon waking up, she felt relaxed, downplaying the source of her problems. Therefore, she continued to habitually consume the rotten grapes which improved her mood and mood, so much so that she regained the favor of her king.

I like this anecdote, because it is replicated until today's sun in every corner of the planet. Don't you think?
