Hoy publicaré mi experiencia gastronómica de una salida familiar que realizamos en un restaurante que desde hace tiempo lo he querido visitar, se trata de Cesar Sandwich Restaurante es un establecimiento de comidas guomert, fue mi cumpleaños el motivo que sentencio ir a este lugar, en esta oportunidad le dejaré como nos fue.

Por las mismas razones que no conocía el restaurante que fui a visitar con mi familia, fue porque estaba fuera del país, pero siempre lo seguía por Instagram las publicaciones de cesar sandwich, desde que llegue a la ciudad estaba pendiente ir a comer en ese lugar, debido a que andaba muy ocupado por diligencias fuera del estado y luego visitando otros lugares, no se concretaba la salida al local, pasando el tiempo se acercaba mi cumpleaños entonces con mi mamá y mi hermano decimos esperar hasta la fecha para poder irlo a conocer.

Tuvimos la sorpresa que en ese mismo mes, se inauguró una nueva sede del restaurante en una zona más cerca de donde vivimos, como un giro de suerte a mi parecer, íbamos a comer a un lugar recién abierto, llego el 26 de agosto, día de mi cumpleaños, decidimos ir en horas de la tarde luego de disfrutar un partido de futbol campo en el estadio de mi equipo favorito el Yaracuyanos FC que termino en empate, luego de eso decidimos caminar al restaurante, ya que quedaba cerca.

El local tiene dos ambientes, uno exterior donde está al aire libre, el otro interior que compone el restaurante, no quisimos estar afuera para estar más cómodos también para poder disfrutar del diseño del lugar, nos dieron la bienvenida nos ubicamos en una mesa pequeña, luego nos compartieron el menú que se descargaba por el perfil de Instagram, como yo ya conocía lo que ofrecían ya sabia que iba a pedir, como era mi primera vez en comer allí, decidí pedir el producto insigne del restaurante que es el Cesar Sandwich es un emparedado con ensalada cesar a un estilo del chef, está relleno de torsos de pollo fritos acompañados con salsa bechamel y queso parmesano con lechuga.
The place has two environments, one outside where it is outdoors, the other inside that makes up the restaurant, we did not want to be outside to be more comfortable also to enjoy the design of the place, they welcomed us we were placed at a small table, then they shared with us the menu that was downloaded by the Instagram profile, as I already knew what they offered I knew what I was going to order, as it was my first time eating there, I decided to order the flagship product of the restaurant which is the Cesar Sandwich is a sandwich with caesar salad in the style of the chef, it is filled with fried chicken torsos accompanied with bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese with lettuce.
Como mi familia quería comer y compartir entre ellos se pidieron algo típico del estado como los son los Clubhouse, para el que no lo conoce es un gran pedazo de emparedado de dos pisos relleno de milanesa de pollo, lechuga, tomate, huevo adicionales varias salsas, picada en cuatro partes con una buena porción de papas fritas, además de eso para mi mamá pidió una botella de agua, para beber mi hermano pidió una merendada de mora y para mí una de melocotón.
As my family wanted to eat and share among them they ordered something typical of the state such as the Clubhouse, for those who do not know it is a large piece of sandwich with two floors filled with chicken milanesa, lettuce, tomato, additional egg, various sauces, chopped into four parts with a good portion of fries, besides that for my mom ordered a bottle of water, to drink my brother ordered a blackberry snack and for me a peach.
Luego de comer concluyo que es una total delicia, fue un total placer cada mordico del pan, lo que más resalto del emparedado y del Clubhouse que también la probé, es la calidad de los ingredientes, en el cesar sándwich el pollo estaba bien cocido con una salsa bien impregnada, la lechuga estaba fresca, al igual que los ingredientes del Clubhouse, además no estaban sobrecargados de sabor, la comida no demoro mucho tiempo aunque no había muchas personas cuando llegamos, pero en conclusión estuvo muy excelente y muy especial la comida, los precios estaba un poco elevados, pero vale la pena, pero de desventaja los baños no tenían agua.
After eating I conclude that it is a total delight, it was a total pleasure every bite of bread, what stands out most of the sandwich and the Clubhouse that I also tried, is the quality of the ingredients, in the Caesar sandwich the chicken was well cooked with a well impregnated sauce, the lettuce was fresh, as well as the ingredients of the Clubhouse, The food did not take long even though there were not many people when we arrived, but in conclusion the food was very excellent and very special, the prices were a little high, but it was worth it, but on the downside the bathrooms did not have water.
Además de la deliciosa comida, el ambiente del lugar es única, la temática son símbolos romanos, como dice su eslogan “al cesar, lo que es del cesar” con imágenes del coliseo de roma, cascos romanos para indicar los baños está muy bien armado a mi parecer el ambiente del lugar adiciona un valor agregado al sitio para irlo a visitar.
In addition to the delicious food, the ambiance of the place is unique, the theme is Roman symbols, as their slogan says "al cesar, lo que es del cesar" with images of the coliseum of Rome, Roman helmets to indicate the bathrooms is very well put together in my opinion the atmosphere of the place adds an added value to the site to visit it.
