My first home made chin chin as a bachelor

Hi friends this was a wonderful experience, making chin chin at home for the very first time, as a bachelor. it was not an easy stuff but in a short while i will show you how my thought became a reality.

Here are the stuffs that aided the process, remember this is not a professional doing but a new hand in the chin chin business, so if you are a professional, please temper justice with mercy.

The eggs will be blended and all the liquid ingredient, milk, vanilla extract if available or any other liquid flavor will be added together for effective mixing.

The same procedure will be taken for all the dried or powered substance, mixed them in a bowel, that is including your flour, baking powder, nut meg, sugar, salt etc.

the butter will be applied to the flour mixture, using your hand to neat it well, then pure the liquid substance into the bowel containing the dry substance for a more effective neatting.

When you have successfully made a though in the bowel, you clear up your work station, table or any clean strong surface that will handle the spreading and rolling process. bring it out of the bowel, and continue to neat it till you have a desired expectation.

spray it on the work board, the desired size of the mixture, roll it with rolling pin or your desired tools, with either a knife into equal size and proportion.

As you cut it into desired size, you also park them into a tray to help free the working space for more effective cutting.

The gas is set ready for the frying, you can see the frying pan and spoon, as the process is on going.

The frying process really does not need a high heat intensity, so as to help the frying process. when the oil is hot, you can carefully be putting the already cut the size of the chin chin, Remember the high heat is not needed for a deep frying, to allow it cook very well.

Now as you can see, the long awaited chin chin is ready for consumption
