Could some of the witness rewards be shared across voters and PIZZA holders?

We're hoping to continue climbing in rank so that we can one day begin to cover our expenses (we currently operate at a loss). Once we get to that point, we can begin looking at options like that or proceeding further into the buy-back and burn program.
