[ESP/ENG] Recibiendo a la Divina Pastora en mi comunidad junto a mis hijos

Saludos mis queridos amigos de @motherhood me siento feliz de estar nuevamente por acá en esta hermosa comunidad compartiendo mi experiencia y anécdotas como mamá.

Greetings my dear friends of @motherhood I am happy to be here again in this beautiful community sharing my experience and anecdotes as a mom.

Este jueves en mi comunidad tuvimos la visita de la virgen Divina Pastora la patrona de los barquisimetanos, ya que viene haciendo un recorrido desde el mes de Enero por varias comunidades del estado y los primeros del mes de marzo de cada año la recibimos con alegría y emoción.

This Thursday in my community we had the visit of the Virgin Divina Pastora, the patron saint of the people of Barquisimeto, since she has been making a tour since January through several communities of the state and the first of March of each year we receive her with joy and emotion.

Asi que me aliste para irme a la iglesia a esperar que la virgen llegara ahi, como estoy en mis últimas semanas de embarazo me cuesta un poco caminar por lo que preferí irme con mi hijo menor Aarón hacia la iglesia Guadalupe, mientras que mi hijo mayor si fue a caminarla en su recorrido por varios sectores en compañía de su catequista y compañeros de catesismo.

So I got ready to go to the church to wait for the Virgin to arrive there, as I am in my last weeks of pregnancy it is a little difficult for me to walk so I preferred to go with my younger son Aaron to the Guadalupe church, while my older son went to walk it in his tour of several sectors in the company of his catechist and fellow catechists.

El recorrido comenzó un poco después de la hora prevista ya que en la iglesia de la caldera dónde la imagen se encontraba la virgen salió un poco más tarde de lo que habían acordado, así que nos tocó esperar un poco más en la iglesia aproveche mientras de conversar con algunos vecinos del sector, luego de un buen rato finalmente la vírgen llegó a la iglesia y se desvordaba la alegría, la devoción y la fé por parte de las personas que estaban en la celebración.

The tour began a little after the scheduled time because in the church of the boiler where the image was the virgin came out a little later than they had agreed, so we had to wait a little longer in the church while we took the opportunity to talk with some neighbors in the area, after a while finally the virgin arrived at the church and the joy, devotion and faith of the people who were in the celebration was overflowing.

Luego realizaron una misa pero debido a la gran cantidad de personas escuché la misa desde la parte de afuera de la iglesia para no sofocarme, estuvo muy bonita me encantó al terminar salimos a la parte de afuera del estacionamiento donde la celebración no terminaba ya que los niños del coro realizarían un concierto en honor a la virgen.

Then a mass was held but due to the large number of people I listened to the mass from the outside of the church so as not to suffocate, it was very beautiful and I loved it, at the end we went to the outside of the parking lot where the celebration did not end because the children of the choir would perform a concert in honor of the virgin.

Muchos vecinos se fueron preparados con sillas para estar cómodos ya que el concierto tardaría hasta media noche, fuera de la iglesia habían muchos vendedores ambulantes con gran variedad de delicateses entre churros, algodones de azúcar, cotufas y barquillas a buenos precios, yo tuve el gusto de disfrutar el concierto hasta las 10 de la noche ya que me sentía un poco cansada antes de irme entre nuevamente a la iglesia para ver de más de cerca a la virgen y pedirle con fé, por último disfrutamos de un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales en honor a nuestra querida Divina Pastora bendita.

Many neighbors were prepared with chairs to be comfortable since the concert would take until midnight, outside the church there were many street vendors with a variety of delicacies such as churros, cotton candy, cotufas and barquillas at good prices, I had the pleasure to enjoy the concert until 10 pm because I felt a little tired before leaving, I went back to the church to see the virgin more closely and ask her with faith, finally we enjoyed a fireworks show in honor of our beloved Divina Pastora Bendita.
