Hola queridos amigos de Hive espero en Dios que este bien. Me siento hoy alegre de compartir con ustedes este post donde les voy a comentar sobre una planta medicinal, comúnmente conocida como fregosa.

La fregosa es una planta que sirve para aliviar y quitar la tos, seca o gripal. También sirve para curar algunos infecciones e inflamaciones.

Su infusión conocido como guarapo hace la función, hacienndo esta toma por tres o siete días calma la enfermedad. debe tomar una taza en la noche.

Its infusion known as guarapo does the function, making this intake for three to seven days calms the disease. you should take a cup at night.

No se debe abusar en la toma recuerde que todo en exceso hace daño.

Como preparar la infusión:
Se llena una taza de agua en una olla pequeña, luego se le agrega un cogollito de la mata o de 4 a 5 hojas depende el tamaño de las Hojas. luego se deja hervir por 5 minutos, se tapa por un rato, se cuela y se le echa un poquito de azúcar al gusto y se toma tibiesito.

**How to prepare the infusion
Fill a cup of water in a small pot, then add a bud of the bush or 4 to 5 leaves depending on the size of the leaves. then let it boil for 5 minutes, cover for a while, strain and add a little sugar to taste and take it warm.
