I show you how I prepare a coffee in its iced version called "Bombón" - Super delicious with a touch of liqueur ✨ [ESP/ENG]

Hola queridos amigos lectores y amantes del café ❤️ hoy les quiero compartir otra receta para preparar un café "Bombón" pero en su versión helada o fría, súper fácil de hacer con un sabor muy delicioso, refrescante con un toque adicional de licor para recargarnos y darnos ese plus de energía en un día fresco y caluroso.

Revisando listas de los diferentes tipos de café que existen, encontré este café que les comparto hoy llamado "café bombón", y es originario de España, aunque igual se volvió muy popular en otros incluyendo los latinoamericanos. Su preparación consiste básicamente en llevar una pequeña capa de leche condensada y otra parte con la misma cantidad de café expresso arriba, se sirve en una taza transparente para apreciarlo mejor y al final solo queda mezclarlo todo y disfrutar su sabor. La diferencia en esta oportunidad es que lo haré en la versión helada estilo frappé agregándole un toque del licor de tu preferencia. Desde que probé este estilo de café helado no puedo parar de prepararlos y con mucho cariño compartirles la receta en mi versión casera por acá, así que como siempre en mis tutoriales te invito a que te quedes y aprendas de una forma práctica y muy sencilla para que lo disfrutes solo o en compañía desde casa!!

Hello dear friends readers and coffee lovers ❤️ today I want to share another recipe to prepare a coffee "Bombón" but in its iced or cold version, super easy to make with a very delicious flavor, refreshing with an extra touch of liquor to recharge and give us that extra energy on a cool and hot day.

Reviewing lists of the different types of coffee that exist, I found this coffee that I am sharing with you today called "café bombón", and it is originally from Spain, although it has become very popular in other countries including Latin America. Its preparation basically consists of taking a small layer of condensed milk and another part with the same amount of espresso coffee on top, it is served in a transparent cup to appreciate it better and at the end all that is left is to mix it all and enjoy its flavor. The difference in this opportunity is that I will make it in the iced frappé style version adding a touch of the liqueur of your preference. Since I tried this style of iced coffee I can't stop preparing them and with much affection I will share the recipe in my homemade version here, so as always in my tutorials I invite you to stay and learn in a practical and very simple way so you can enjoy it alone or with company from home!

Lo primero que haré será preparar un poco de café negro tipo expresso un poco más cargado de lo normal, para que así compense con el dulce de la leche condensada. En mi caso lo hice de la manera tradicional como les muestro en las fotografías, pero si deseas puedes usar café soluble que es una manera más práctica y rápida de hacerlo.

The first thing I will do is prepare some black espresso coffee a little more than usual, so that it compensates with the sweetness of the condensed milk. In my case I did it the traditional way as shown in the pictures, but if you wish you can use soluble coffee which is a more practical and faster way to do it.

Ahora bien, si prefieres hacer el café normal tal cual su receta original y como comúnmente los toman la mayoría de españoles 😅, solo debes agregar en una taza transparente y en partes iguales una capa de leche condensada y otra de café, como presentación te quedara como te muestro abajo en las fotos, solo te quedaría mezclarlo todo para disfrutarlo, igual de esta manera es muy delicioso. Si deseas aprender hacerlo de una alternativa fría continuemos 😌...

Now, if you prefer to make normal coffee as its original recipe and as commonly taken by most Spaniards 😅, you just have to add in a transparent cup and in equal parts a layer of condensed milk and another of coffee, as presentation will be as I show you below in the photos, you only have to mix it all to enjoy it, just like this it is very delicious. Si tienes una licuadora en casa esta forma te será mucho más fácil, solo debes ir agregando cada ingrediente para integrarlo. Primero añadiremos a la licuadora la taza con las mismas partes tanto de leche condensada cómo de café, luego un chorrito de licor, en mi caso use ron blanco, después agregos un vaso de hielo y le damos play a la licuadora por unos pocos minutos hasta que se integren bien y se vuelva una mezcla cremosa y granizada a la vez.

If you have a blender at home this way will be much easier, you just have to add each ingredient to integrate it. First add to the blender the cup with the same parts of condensed milk and coffee, then a splash of liquor, in my case I used white rum, then add a glass of ice and give play to the blender for a few minutes until well integrated and becomes a creamy and slushy mixture at the same time.

Servimos en un recipiente, (de preferencia vidrio transparente), para que se vea todo el contenido y quede con una bonita presentación, le podemos agregar a nuestro gusto como decoración galletas o crema batida y por su puesto para disfrutarlo mejor un pitillo o popote.

Serve in a container, (preferably clear glass), so that all the contents can be seen and it has a nice presentation, we can add cookies or whipped cream as decoration and of course to enjoy it better with a straw or straw.
