A cup of tea to sleep better, with message included - my experience and preparation ☺️☕💤 [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos de la comunidad ❤️ en esta oportunidad les quiero contar un poco de lo que han sido los últimos acontecimientos en mi vida con respecto al sueño. Y es que debido a que últimamente han habido mucho cortes de luz, sobre todo nocturnos, me cuesta un más de lo normal conciliar el sueño.
Desde niña nunca me a gustado dormír con todo apagado y en completo silencio y oscuridad, por lo menos me gusta dejar una pequeña lámpara encendida o el televisor a bajito volumen, pero en estas últimas ocasiones me a tocado dormir "obligatoriamente" sin luz..escuchando solo el molesto sonido de los mosquitos zumbando cerca de mis oídos 😅.
Así que después de varios días pensé en buscar una alternativa o posible solución ante esto y se me ocurrió preparar un té que ayuda a conciliar el sueño...aunque creo que con solo tomar algo caliente antes de irme acostar me relajaria mucho, que es precisamente lo que quiero lograr.
Hello friends of the community ❤️ in this opportunity I want to tell you a little of what have been the latest events in my life with respect to sleep. And is that because lately there have been a lot of power outages, especially at night, it costs me more than normal to fall asleep.
Since I was a child I never liked to sleep with everything off and in complete silence and darkness, at least I like to leave a small lamp on or the TV on low volume, but in recent times I have had to sleep "compulsorily" without light...listening only to the annoying sound of mosquitoes buzzing near my ears 😅.
So after several days I thought of looking for an alternative or possible solution to this and it occurred to me to prepare a tea that helps me to fall asleep...although I think that just drinking something hot before going to bed would relax me a lot, which is precisely what I want to achieve.

La manera de hacerlo es súper sencillo, ya que el contenido vienen en pequeñas bolsitas para fácil preparación, solo se necesita, agua caliente, las bolsitas de te y azúcar si deseas.

El producto que estoy usando se llama "dulces sueños", y cada bolsa de té contiene una pequeña frase bastante chistosa referente a posibles razones de la falta de sueño, como por elke la que me tocó dice: "se te olvidó la clave?, Tómatelo con calma"...😬😅😁
The way to make it is super simple, since the contents come in small bags for easy preparation, you only need hot water, tea bags and sugar if you wish.
The product I'm using is called "sweet dreams", and each tea bag contains a funny little phrase referring to possible reasons for lack of sleep, such as the one I got: "you forgot the password, take it easy"...😬😅😁

Primero lo que hice fue hervir una taza de agua, luego coloque la bolsita de té dentro del agua por aproximadamente 3 a 4 minutos, una vez pasado el tiempo la retiramos y si deseamos le podemos agregar azúcar, aunque yo lo prefiero así.
First what I did was to boil a cup of water, then place the tea bag in the water for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, once the time has passed we remove it and if we wish we can add sugar, although I prefer it this way.


Desde que me sucede ésto, ahora me gusta hacer como un pequeño ritual antes de dormir, como por ejemplo dejar mi teléfono o cualquier dispositivo electrónico alejado de mi zona, poner música ambiental o de relajación, una ducha rápida con agua tibia y por supuesto mi té, que no necesariamente tiene que ser para el sueño, puede ser cualquier té que te guste siempre y cuando sea caliente preferiblemente.
Since this happens to me, I now like to do a little ritual before going to sleep, such as leaving my phone or any electronic device away from my area, putting on some ambient or relaxing music, a quick shower with warm water and of course my tea, which doesn't necessarily have to be for sleep, it can be any tea you like as long as it is preferably hot.

Algo que también aprendí es a no dormir en diferentes horarios, y esto me lo explico un especialista, ya que el celebro no entenderá en qué momento debe relajarse, y se mantendrá en alerta incluso a las horas especiales para dormir. Así que no debemos acostumbrarnos a dormir tan tarde para lograr hacerlo las horas indicadas, como mínimo 8 horas para despertarnos del mejor humor posible y con todo el ánimo para empezar el día.

Something I also learned is not to sleep at different times, and this was explained to me by a specialist, because the brain will not understand when to relax, and will remain alert even at special hours to sleep. So we should not get used to sleep so late to achieve the right hours, at least 8 hours to wake up in the best possible mood and with all the spirit to start the day.

I do like herbal teas such as Chamomile for relaxation, but I've never tried other teas that are specific for sleeping though. For a period of time, I took Melatonin to help me sleep sounder, and that was very good.
Unlike you, I need total darkness when I sleep, with no sounds (especially no mosquitoes). I will cover any little light with black tape, and it's impossible for me to sleep without earplugs and eye mask 😅

Hehehehe I think that because of fears since I was a child it is impossible for me to sleep with everything dark 😅, although sleeping with earplugs and mask is not a bad idea, to that I add my tea and a relaxing music in the background and I would sleep happy as a worm 😁.
