A veces no nos damos cuenta de lo importantes que son, aunque escuchemos por todos lados que aplicarlos mejorará nuestra calidad de vida enormemente. Cuando los logro a todos juntos es increíble lo bien que me siento, pero bueno, también es una cuestión de constancia.
