Seleccionar solo tres talentos para nuestra lista semanal del Hive Music Festival siempre es un reto, dada la increíble calidad de las actuaciones que se presentan en este escenario y lo mejor de todo es que cada semana los mismos artistas saben seguir sorprendiéndonos. No hay duda de que los artistas simbolizan a la perfección la misión del festival y la comunidad: mostrar el mejor talento musical de Hive y fomentar una comunidad solidaria y responsable. Sé que en este nuevo año conoceremos muchísimas más estrellas. ¡Así será! Como siempre digo, que la música nos siga uniendo.
Selecting just three talents for our weekly Hive Music Festival list is always a challenge, given the incredible quality of the performances on this stage. Best of all, every week the same artists continue to surprise us. There is no doubt that the artists perfectly symbolize the mission of the festival and the community: to showcase the best musical talent from Hive and foster a supportive and responsible community. I know that in this new year we will meet many more stars. That's how it will be! As I always say, may music continue to unite us.

We are grateful for all the support we have received in putting on the Hive Music Festival and, of course, for bringing music, a universal art form, to every corner of Hive. Music is essential in our lives, and with that said, let's get started with my selection for week 175 of HMF, where each artist shines with their own unique light!
Hive Music Festival Week N° 175 Round 1 - "Madrigal" cover By @orlandogonzalez
Para empezar tenemos al maestro de las cuerdas y la sensibilidad musical, @orlandogonzalez. El artista nos regala una versión del clásico “Madrigal” la cual es una fresca adaptación que dialoga entre lo clásico y lo contemporáneo manteniendo la elegancia, gentileza y el pulso melódico de la pieza original lo que me gustó fue la rítmica sutilmente reinventada. En esta versión cada frase vocal o instrumental parece respirar de forma más libre, permitiendo que la intimidad del madrigal se transforme en una experiencia íntima y actual para el público del Hive Music Festival. Quiero felicitarlo por su trabajo, su dedicación y por ser parte de este gran espectáculo musical. Merecidos aplausos!
First up is the master of strings and musical sensitivity, @orlandogonzalez. The artist treats us to a version of the classic “Madrigal,” which is a fresh adaptation that bridges the gap between the classical and the contemporary while maintaining the elegance, gentility, and melodic pulse of the original piece. What I liked was the subtly reinvented rhythm. In this version, each vocal or instrumental phrase seems to breathe more freely, allowing the intimacy of the madrigal to be transformed into an intimate and contemporary experience for the audience at the Hive Music Festival. I want to congratulate him for his work, his dedication, and for being part of this great musical show. Well-deserved applause!

Soy de los que se emociona cuando llega a la tarima del HMF artistas nuevos y mucho más cuando ese artista tiene mucho que ofrecer. @oneysoul llega y enciende otro foco para él con una interpretación que enamora desde la primera nota. No es exactamente su debut al HMF pero lo importante es volver y seguir compartiendo el arte. Tu talento demuestra una sensibilidad pulida y una presencia escénica que cautiva sin esfuerzo. "Young and Beautiful" se convierte en el vehículo perfecto para revelar un talento con un timbre cálido, una dicción clara y una emoción genuina que transmite desde el primer acorde hasta el último suspiro vocal. Me agradó cómo creaste tu espacio para crear entre tus dedos esta melodía que nos invita a viajar entre momentos íntimos y estallidos de intensidad. No cabe duda que dejaste al público y al jurado listo para esperar mucho más de ti y esperamos que tu constancia no se diluya. I am one of those who gets excited when new artists take the stage at HMF, and even more so when that artist has so much to offer. @oneysoul arrives and shines another spotlight on himself with a performance that captivates from the very first note. It is not exactly his debut at HMF, but the important thing is to return and continue sharing his art. Your talent shows a polished sensitivity and a stage presence that captivates effortlessly. “Young and Beautiful” becomes the perfect vehicle to reveal a talent with a warm tone, clear diction, and genuine emotion that comes through from the first chord to the last vocal breath. I liked how you created your space to craft this melody between your fingers, inviting us to travel between intimate moments and bursts of intensity. There is no doubt that you left the audience and the jury ready to expect much more from you, and we hope that your perseverance will not waver. I have been listening to @favourstrings for a long time, and it is remarkable how his consistency and discipline have helped him continue to grow as an artist and musician. He is a singer who stands confidently with his guitar, demonstrating clean tuning and vocal placement that enhances the emotionality of his performances. There is no doubt that you convey constant growth. Careful phrasing, dynamic control, and a sensitivity that allows the performance to be heard with tranquility.
