Dicen que la familia lo es todo, que seremos capaces de hacer cualquier cosa por ella. Por otro lado, hay quienes piensan que la familia es una concepción anticuada y que no merece la pena luchar por ella.

Yo soy de los que piensan en lo primero. La familia, mi familia, es muy valiosa y cada miembro es importante. Es verdad que hay momentos tensos, que pueden surgir discusiones y desencuentros, que a veces decimos o hacemos cosas que pueden herir a otros.

A pesar de eso, algo que tiene mi familia es que están dispuestos a arreglar los asuntos y perdonar, aunque a veces resulta difícil. Sin embargo, considerando que el principio del perdón es el amor, creo que algo que nos ha mantenido unidos es eso, el amor.

Porque cuando amamos, estamos dispuestos a pasar por alto cualquier ofensa, y eso es precisamente lo que sucede en mi familia. Si les contara cada problema que ha surgido y cómo lo hemos resuelto, no terminaría.

Es bonito amar. Es bonito querer y perdonar. Es muy hermoso saber que no tienes odio ni rencor en tu corazón. A pesar del dolor que podamos causar, ser conscientes de nuestras propias acciones nos ayuda a ser mejores. Y falta mucho por mejorar.
