Saludo afectuoso para cada uno de ustedes, el día de hoy les traigo una serie de consejos con su respectiva explicación que harán que la vida de papá de cada uno de ustedes se haga un poco más fácil, esto con el fin de seguir creando conciencia y un cambio mental en algunos hombres que siguen aferrados a la idea machista o chapados a la antigua de que papá cría al niño y mamá a la niña, así como también de criar a sus hijos siendo muy duros con ellos creando así un patrón errado en el concepto de los que es amor, respeto, temor o miedo a papá, por ello debemos ser muy cuidados en este aspecto de la vida con nuestros hijos.

Por lo general el simple hecho de yo preparar el desayuno de mis hijos, almuerzo o cena es algo primordial por realizar como tarea cotidiana alternandolo con mamá también claro está, pues debemos recordar que ambos somos un equipo y hay que trabajar de esta manera en la crianza de los hijos, ya que nuestros hijos al ellos ver esto qué le preparamos la comida y dárselas también empezaran a desarrollar un sentimiento de cariño y amor hacia nosotros, pues pueden notar que saciamos su hambre dándole los alimentos para que puedan estar sanos y fuertes; otra de las cosas importantes es bañarlos este simple momento que es otro acto cotidiano para el ser humano el cual es bañarse, podemos aprovechar de crear un vínculo más privado con ellos sin importar si tú hijo es niña o niño, quitense la idea de pensar que papá baña al niño y mamá la niña esto es un error pues debemos cumplir esta tarea con ambos, así de esta manera evitaremos crear un desorden psicólogico en ellos, por qué al momento de no estar mamá por cualquier inconveniente y debemos bañar a la niña, está no se dejará por qué estará incomoda debido a que nunca lo habías hecho, y esto está muy mal pues la niña debe saber que papá está allí también para cumplir este rol y que no debe de sentir pena, sino más bien está para asearla y cuidarla para que este bien limpia y sana.

Cuando mi esposa se va a trabajar me toca cuidar a los niños, así que esta tarea de cuidarlos o protegerlos en las horas que no está mamá son importantes para desarrollar vínculos con mis hijos más fuertes, normalmente en las mañana suelo quedarme hasta cuatro horas con mis hijos solo, y me pongo a ver comiquitas con ellos, cantar la canción de la rana, saltar juntos y hasta bailar jajaja, no les niego que también trato de enseñarles números, vocales, animales entre otras cosas jaja (risas), otra de las cosas que como padres debemos tener en cuenta es que debemos contarles cuentos y jugar con su imaginación, hasta el simple hecho de dormirlos ellos también lo sienten y lo necesitan todos los días, como mi hija que me dice que vaya a su cama acostarme con ella y que le ponga el brazo para dormir, en ese momento se los juro siento una conexión grande y maravillosa con mi hija dónde el contacto con su piel me transmite amor y afecto, y más aún cuando coloca luego su cabezota en mi pecho para quedarse por completo dormida, ojo así también lo hace mi hijo menor pues se queda dormido en mi pecho.

When my wife goes to work I have to take care of the kids, so this task of taking care of them or protect them in the hours that mom is not there are important to develop stronger bonds with my children, usually in the morning I usually stay up to four hours with my children alone, and I get to watch cartoons with them, sing the frog song, jump together and even dance hahaha, I do not deny that I also try to teach them numbers, vowels, animals and other things haha (laughs), another thing that as parents we must keep in mind is that we must tell them stories and play with their imagination, even the simple fact of putting them to sleep they also feel it and need it every day, like my daughter who tells me to go to her bed and lay down with her and put her arm to sleep, At that moment I swear I feel a great and wonderful connection with my daughter where the contact with her skin transmits me love and affection, and even more when she then places her little head on my chest to fall completely asleep, eye so does my youngest son because he falls asleep on my chest.

Otra de las cosas que debemos tener muy en cuenta es tener un amor totalmente incondicional con tus hijos, pues acá no podemos esperar absolutamente nada a cambio, el amor deberá ser recíproco y no obligado, pero no debemos temer a esto pues si hacemos las cosas bien esto será un acto recíproco dónde tus hijos sentirán un amor enorme y grandioso a ti papa, pues al promover la paternidad te aseguro que los besos, abrazos y el decir te amo de tus hijos siempre estará allí para hacerte feliz, por ello debemos fortalecer esos lazos o vínculos de amor y apego con ellos, ya que esto será primordial para alcanzar un éxito como padres buenos y ejemplares, recuerda que nosotros los papás para nuestros hijos somos los súper héroes y no podemos defraudarlos bajo ningún concepto.

En estos momentos de mi vida siento que voy avanzando en la paternidad, pues como siempre digo no nacemos aprendidos con este rol o ciclo de la vida donde tenemos a cargo estás vidas que dependen en las primeras etapas de sus vidas totalmente de papá y mamá. Me ha tocado muy duro para serles muy sincero ya que mi vida de papá ha estado muy llena de errores clamorosos, dónde en un principio no me hacía cargo de mi hija por estar inmerso en el mundo del alcoholismo, pero ya eso es pasado y tengo dos años completos entregado a mis hijos a brindarles amor, protección y cariño para que estos estén felices en casa.

In these moments of my life I feel that I am making progress in parenthood, because as I always say we are not born learned with this role or cycle of life where we are in charge of these lives that depend in the early stages of their lives totally on mom and dad. It has been very hard for me to be very honest because my life as a father has been full of clamorous mistakes, where at first I was not in charge of my daughter because I was immersed in the world of alcoholism, but that is now in the past and I have two full years dedicated to my children to give them love, protection and affection so that they are happy at home.

Promover la paternidad debe ser un pilar fundamental en esta comunidad, pues acá hay muchos hombres que son padres de familia y con esta información pueden ayudarse a ellos mismos y a otros también, quizás no soy perfecto pero luego de cometer tantos errores en el pasado, en esta etapa de mi vida quisiera ayudar a otros a qué no los cometan, así que vamos te invito a que si tienes a tu hijo, sobrino, nieto al lado dale un beso y un abrazo y dile que lo amas, o hasta sal caminar con el jugar, compartir, gritar juntos que se quieren pues esto es parte escencial de la vida de un papá, espero les allá gustado este material así que nos vemos pronto hasta luego.
