En la vida he tenido el privilegio de conocer a personas que para mí han sido una fuente única de inspiración, algunas las conozco desde que nací, otras son amigos desde hace muchos años y otras, sencillamente, he tenido la oportunidad de conocerlas virtualmente y he quedado más inspirada aun, todas tienen algo en común, su propósito de vida es ejemplar.

In life I have had the privilege of meeting people who for me have been a unique source of inspiration, some I have known since I was born, others are friends for many years and others, simply, I have had the opportunity to meet them virtually and I have been even more inspired, they all have something in common, their life purpose is exemplary.

Lograr inspirar a otros es algo que valoro mucho, pienso que no todos pueden hacerlo, a pesar de saber que cuando inspiramos simplemente estamos dejando una huella en otras personas porque a través de nuestras acciones logramos desarrollar realidades que aportan valor al planeta, esas labores, permitirán que muchas personas sigan el ejemplo y eso puede animar a otros, a su vez se convierten en apoyo emocional, mental y espiritual para alcanzar las metas u objetivos de vida.

I think that not everyone can do it, despite knowing that when we inspire we are simply leaving a mark on other people because through our actions we develop realities that bring value to the planet, these efforts will allow many people to follow the example and that can encourage others, in turn become emotional, mental and spiritual support to achieve the goals or objectives of life.

Conocer los propósitos o motivos de vida, que nos impulsen a seguir avanzando, debe ser nuestro principal objetivo para alcanzar la mejor versión de nosotros mismos, porque muchas veces nos limitamos cuando el entorno nos afecta tanto que caemos en la penumbra emocional, es por esta razón que debemos siempre tener una fortaleza mental y emocional que nos ayude a seguir avanzando a pesar de las circunstancias.

Knowing the purposes or motives of life, that drive us to keep moving forward, should be our main objective to achieve the best version of ourselves, because many times we limit ourselves when the environment affects us so much that we fall into the emotional gloom, it is for this reason that we must always have a mental and emotional strength that helps us to keep moving forward despite the circumstances.

Las personas tienen una energía vital que puede ser contagiosa, a veces nos pasa, que hay personas que prefieren vivir en la queja, y estas actitudes ejercen tanta influencia en nosotros, que llegamos a somatizar problemas en nuestro cuerpo, producto de esa energía dispersa y negativa que puede influenciar en nosotros.

People have a vital energy that can be contagious, sometimes it happens to us, that there are people who prefer to live in the complaint, and these attitudes exert so much influence on us, that we somatize problems in our body, product of that dispersed and negative energy that can influence us.

Por el contrario, tener el privilegio de conocer personas en positivo, permite lograr crear esa comunidad de apoyo, por el simple hecho de visualizar las oportunidades cuando todos ven el caos. Las personas que inspiran son empáticas, humanísticas, visionarias, tienen una capacidad y habilidad para ser resilientes, aunque no todas son adaptables y flexibles, pero siempre logran brindar apoyo a quienes lo requieren.

On the contrary, having the privilege of meeting positive people allows us to create a community of support, by the simple fact of visualizing opportunities when everyone sees chaos. People who inspire are empathetic, humanistic, visionary, have a capacity and ability to be resilient, although not all of them are adaptable and flexible, but they always manage to provide support to those who need it.

A mi alrededor tengo muchas fuentes de inspiración, en primer lugar debo nombrar a mi madre, ella ha sido una fuente incansable de perseverancia, a pesar de tener sus problemas depresivos, logró salir adelante entre tantas adversidades, eso me ayudó a verla, como esa fuente infinita de inspiración, quien logró tantos objetivos y metas a lo largo de su vida.

Around me I have many sources of inspiration, first of all I must name my mother, she has been a tireless source of perseverance, despite having her depressive problems, she managed to get ahead among so many adversities, that helped me to see her as that infinite source of inspiration, who achieved so many goals and objectives throughout her life.

Mi hermano no podría faltar en esta lista, es una persona incondicional con todos, y a mí me ha brindado apoyo cuando siempre lo he necesitado, a veces siento que somos como el Ying y Yang, por eso creo que nos complementamos muy bien en todo momento. Él es muy arriesgado, algo que yo no soy, pienso que pienso y evalúo todo antes de actuar y el miedo a veces me hace presa, pienso siempre en: ¿si hago esto, que puede pasar?¿Si tomo este camino, que sucede?, ese es uno de los hábitos que debo cambiar y es algo que admiro de él, esa valentía tan inmensa que tiene.

My brother could not be missing in this list, he is an unconditional person with everyone, and he has given me support when I have always needed it, sometimes I feel that we are like Ying and Yang, so I think we complement each other very well at all times. He is very risky, something that I am not, I think I think and evaluate everything before acting and fear sometimes makes me prey, I always think: if I do this, what can happen? If I take this path, what happens, that is one of the habits I have to change and it is something I admire in him, that immense courage he has.

Así como ellos, tengo a mis sobrinos, quienes muchas veces cuando me ven desanimada me dicen algo que me ayuda a seguir adelante. Ellos con su amor incondicional siempre serán ese apoyo emocional que necesito, humor, sinceridad, honestidad, integridad, cualidades que inspiran.

As well as them, I have my nephews, who many times when they see me discouraged tell me something that helps me to keep going. They with their unconditional love will always be that emotional support I need, humor, sincerity, honesty, integrity, qualities that inspire.

Pienso que debemos visualizar siempre escenarios posibles que nos permitan lograr ser nuestra mejor versión de nosotros mismos, encontrar la inspiración en personas a quienes admiramos es algo importante, y si adicionalmente logramos inspirarnos a través de nosotros mismos, sería la mejor forma de promover y fomentar el amor propio, ese empoderamiento que nos ayude a crecer como profesionales, seres con gran calidad humana, quienes tienen un propósito de vida y eso se ve reflejado en las acciones que realizamos.

I think we should always visualize possible scenarios that allow us to be our best version of ourselves, finding inspiration in people we admire is something important, and if we also manage to inspire ourselves through ourselves, it would be the best way to promote and encourage self-esteem, that empowerment that helps us grow as professionals, beings with great human quality, who have a purpose in life and that is reflected in the actions we perform.

Nuestra mejor inspiración debemos ser nosotros mismos.
