This first scenario is related to Self-Leadership, in which the person makes a journey through their INNER SELF, which helps them to put into context their strengths, their passions, their fears, their belief systems, values, and then take the time to perform this exercise of analysis and reflection on what they found in their journey...
Somos seres humanos con defectos y virtudes, mientras logremos entender que la perfección es efímera, lograremos comprender que la felicidad está en los pequeños detalles de la vida, en cada latido de nuestro corazón, en ese proceso de respiración consciente, en entender que no estamos en sistemas cerrados, por lo que el mundo, todo lo que nos rodea tendrá un efecto positivo o negativamente sobre nuestra existencia, sin embargo, tenemos el libre albedrío, por lo que decidimos cual es la posición que vamos a asumir ante ella, si la enfrentamos, si fluimos, si nos atrevemos o sencillamente nos sentamos a esperar que la vida venga a nosotros y nos pase, porque asumimos un estado pasivo frente a todo lo que nos rodea.

Particularmente pienso que como seres multidimensionales tenemos opciones diversas, entiendo que los valores fundamentales como personas deben estar en cada momento, en especial el respeto a la diversidad de opiniones, el humanismo, que algunos les parecen extraños que lo mencione, porque piensan que porque somos humanos, tenemos implícito el humanismo, y la realidad está muy alejada de ello… El humanismo debe prevalecer siempre, aprender la importancia de ser empáticos, entender que somos personas y no autómatas programables es una verdadera necesidad que debe asumirse en el devenir de la vida, saber que somos personas con sentimientos, pensamientos, hábitos, costumbres, culturas, comportamientos y realidades diferentes y por eso, se trata de entender la esencia de cada individuo respetando ese individualismo que nos caracteriza y nos hace únicos, independientemente si somos gemelos, nuestra carga genética, y el proceso de articulación con el entorno define la verdadera razón de ser.
I particularly think that as multidimensional beings we have diverse options, I understand that the fundamental values as people must be in every moment, especially respect for the diversity of opinions, humanism, which some people find strange that I mention it, because they think that because we are human, we have implicit humanism, and the reality is far from it.... Humanism must always prevail, learning the importance of being empathetic, understanding that we are people and not programmable automatons is a real need that must be assumed in the evolution of life, knowing that we are people with feelings, thoughts, habits, customs, cultures, behaviors and different realities and therefore, it is about understanding the essence of each individual respecting that individualism that characterizes us and makes us unique, regardless if we are twins, our genetic load, and the process of articulation with the environment defines the true reason for being.
Soy una persona que acciona y se revitaliza con los paisajes hermosos que tengo a mi alrededor. Tener la posibilidad de ver el mar, escuchar el oleaje cálido, respirar el aire, observar las nubes, abrazar a mis seres queridos, para mí representa esa conexión divina con el universo, y por eso cada vez que tengo posibilidades de contemplar estos escenarios los disfruto al máximo…
I am a person who is activated and revitalized by the beautiful landscapes around me.
