Greetings jewelry community, it is a pleasure for me to share with you in this my first post to talk about this initiative, I am Edioretza, Venezuelan and mother, I like jewelry, in fact I have an instagram page where I have shown some of my creations called @edittastore are handmade accessories and I have made delica beads, common beads, stones, applying the wire technique, all in a simple way..

It is a passion that was born a few years ago with Swarovski crystals, and although I had stopped doing it, during the pandemic and in order to have some extra money, I resumed making jewelry and this time with a material that I had dreamed of for a while. before the delicate accounts or as many know her Miyuki ..

1.- Do you wear jewelry? From what age did you start wearing it?

As a woman and although I am not the most flirtatious I love to use accessories, so if I wear jewelry and how to use it, I love earrings and I have used them since I can remember... earrings, I love bracelets and even more so if I wear them myself do..

2.- What kind of accessories do you like? Which do you use more?

I like both the handcrafted ones and the accessories that are massively manufactured, I have used both of them, currently I use the handcrafted ones much more because I make them and it is easier for me to acquire them (laughs) so how much with some bracelets and earrings, necklaces I do not have my creation..

3.- Have you created any kind of jewelry or accessory? show us

If I have done it as I mentioned before, I have made jewelry with beads and I show you here some that I have made:

4.- Do you have an accessory designer that you like? Who? Do you have any social network, write it down.

If there is a content creator of this style of accessories, her name is Macrina Ruiz and I have learned a lot from her, she explains very well and much of what I have learned I owe to her brilliant explanations that she gives on her YouTube channel .

5.- What colors of accessories are your favorites? And because?

I like blues because it is my favorite color, I love purples, the elegance of black no matter how simple the piece is, but I have tried to make accessories in all colors to access all kinds of clients, in addition to the fact that each color brings or highlights some of the accessories.

7.- Lastly, what initiatives would you like to see in this community?

I have just joined this community and I have seen some contests, I did not cover many techniques, I am like new in this world of jewelry because it was in a pandemic that I resumed this activity and also according to my economic possibilities I have been acquiring some materials , some more accessible than others for me, but I would like to see different contests with different techniques and different materials both to share and to acquire knowledge.

From the simplest to the most elaborate, however, I personally like simple and small pieces more.
