An investor is the person who renounces the expenditure of money in the present, to place it in some kind of business, with the hope of having a profit in the future, preserving the invested capital, to be able to invest in any business, it is required to possess the money or capital, which when it is of honest origin is obtained as a product of work and savings or, on the other hand, by borrowing money.
There are two types of investors, real investors who are producers, who invest their money in stable businesses, with relatively low risks, they care about the quality of the products or services that are generated with their investment, there are also speculative investors, who more than investors are speculators, who in most cases use only borrowed money or some of their own money, but in low proportions, seeking to obtain profits in the short term, product of the fluctuation of prices and exchange rates - buying cheap and selling expensive.
